When I read the reviews after I booked a holiday , I panicked a especially as I’d expected a booking confirmation as soon as I’d booked the holiday and had only then realised holiday gems wasn’t live pricing . Then I initially struggled to get through the next morning - so thought I had been scammed . However there really was nothing to worry about . I had a swift response to an email sent to customer services and a lovely guy called Nathan called me that day , confirmed my booking and had the booking confirmation within 15 mins of his call . So very relieved and Nathan was really friendly and professional .

One of the best Hotels we have stayed in in Los Cristianos. We're we go 3 or 4 times a year. Will stay there again, could not fault it. Well done 😁👍

This was the second time that I have used HOLIDAY GEMS I went to Malta in May for 2 weeks and everything went so well,flights on time at Luqa airport,chap waiting for me with my name on a large card he took my case and off to my hotel. I had the same service on my return trip.Most satisfactory all round.

Had a little problem when booked with no room available, but Geraldine was very helpful put that right at an extra cost of £78.00, got conformation no cases where booked spent 2 days trying to get through to customer service left messages no one even had the decency to get back, so as no help we have had to pay at airport £60 a case that is just there when booked it said cases in the deal nothing was asked or explained so not how I like to travel never had problems in 55 years of travelling before been told we will have a nice room, so just hope we enjoy our holiday thank you

Hi - I found it easy to book my holiday on your website, but when it came to my logging onto my flights with Jet2 to provide passport details and check ini, there was no hold luggage booked, even though your confirmation email and my eticket showed that I had booked 1 suitcase. I phoned customer services today and they said they would rectify it and it should show if I log on tomorrow. I'm glad I tried to add my details early - if I had left it closer to my departure date of 9 September this could have caused an issue.

Have used company before and very impressed especially during lockdown they delivered what they promised during changes refunds etc. however when I looked for my flight booking on EasyJet to make sure I could check in when date came, there was no record of flight booking. No clear way to check flight when booking with a travel agent. Help !

Excellent prices for holidays. An initial problem In regard to my booking which was resolved. Nathan was helpful and found an alternative holiday for my friends and I who each require a room. Emma then fixed a flight seating problem

Great prices and a easy booking experience . Negative feedback for increasing the flight price after booking by £56! My freinds went onto the same booking a couple of days later and it was still the original price i was quoted!!!

Dear HolidayGems, when you book a flight for your customers, make sure that you put your customer's address under "passenger contacts", not yours. TUI refused to amend my flight seats on the phone as the "lead passenger's address was wrong". I had to remove your address from "passenger's contact details" and put mine in. It took me an hour of discussions with TUI, several failed attempts to get in touch with you and figuring out how to find and change the passenger's address on TUI online system which you provided. The latter was glitchy by the way, and couldn't take my online payment, hence all the fuss with phone calls. But anyway the airlines should have direct emergency contact with a passenger, keeping in mind it is so difficult to get in touch with you.

Went with this company this year with no problems. Holiday and flights all good. Have just booked with them again for next year for the same holiday, they phoned me and up graded the baggage allowance for the homing flight so we have the same on both flights.
