“Although the online delivery service was fine,from there it went downhill.I bought wallpaper in the sale but even in the sale the paper should not have been unusable.The edges of all rolls were damaged and one roll had numerous faults with the postage and paste it was a waste of money.I didnot expect a refund Because of the price but I sent an email and another online report to you and I didnot get one reply so I was not very impressed so was a little surprised to receive a invitation to review. Sale items are not sold as damaged items so it appears that these items were damaged in transit, we are now 16 days from dispatch and unable to raise query with the courier. “I've only orders samples at the moment but will definitely be ordering from Home Flair. I place my order over the phone and have got to say the service was fantastic. The lady I spoke with was polite. Thank you”

“Love, love, love the wallpaper I ordered and it was dispatched very quickly. However the minor downside was the delivery company who didn't deliver on the day they said they would ( I had waited in all day for it) and then said my address was incomplete to be followed by and attempted delivery (but not the one that was showing on the tracking system) so they left it at a local delivery point which was miles from where I live. Even with the delivery issues I have no problems in recommending the company as the wallpapers are lovely!”
