“When placing my order I made a slight error with the delivery address. However a brief ´phone call put me in touch with a very pleasant lady who had everything sorted in moments . As a result I have already recommended Home Flair Decor to my daughter who has recently moved house - the fact that she can have purchases delivered to her work place is a bonus . Also the Home Flair price, including delivery, was well below the price quoted by a well known internet supplier .”

“I had seen one of your wallpapers on the Internet and rang to see if I could get a sample as I know print colours can vary from the actual wallpaper. If I had spent a fortune she could not have been more helpful. Regretfully I didn't order the paper as even though there was a really good reduction I did find the paper to be quite thin! A great disappointment. However I WOULD contact you in the future, without hesitation.”

“I ordered my wallpaper from Home Flair, within three days it had arrived, well packed . The paper was cheaper to buy than in my local store plus no hassle . I would certainly reccomend Home Flair”

“Great price and product. Delivered quickly. My only issue was that I needed to know when it would be delivered in order to decide where to have it delivered (work or home) I guessed at home but once I'd received notification, I realised I would be at work but I could not change the delivery address. Luckily a neighbour took it in for me but there was a massive rip in the box and the product was not very well packaged - a bit of screwed up wallpaper was the only protection (this is the second time I have used home flair and the last parcel was also damaged). Luckily the paper was fairly squashy and went back into shape but a different type of paper would not have come off so light! Overall a great website but could do with better packaging and an expected delivery date.”

Our standard delivery option does not have a stated delivery day, we do offer an express service which can be sent in order to arrive on a given day which also includes a time slot notification. We are sorry to hear that this parcel arrived in a damaged condition, we have not been contacted about this problem and so hope that the items arrived safely. We can only find one order in your name so we are surprised to hear that you have received two damaged parcels, our packaging is normally complimented so we will feedback this to the packing department.
