“Great price and product. Delivered quickly. My only issue was that I needed to know when it would be delivered in order to decide where to have it delivered (work or home) I guessed at home but once I'd received notification, I realised I would be at work but I could not change the delivery address. Luckily a neighbour took it in for me but there was a massive rip in the box and the product was not very well packaged - a bit of screwed up wallpaper was the only protection (this is the second time I have used home flair and the last parcel was also damaged). Luckily the paper was fairly squashy and went back into shape but a different type of paper would not have come off so light! Overall a great website but could do with better packaging and an expected delivery date.”

Our standard delivery option does not have a stated delivery day, we do offer an express service which can be sent in order to arrive on a given day which also includes a time slot notification. We are sorry to hear that this parcel arrived in a damaged condition, we have not been contacted about this problem and so hope that the items arrived safely. We can only find one order in your name so we are surprised to hear that you have received two damaged parcels, our packaging is normally complimented so we will feedback this to the packing department. “The first two rolls of wallpaper arrived on time but there was slight damage to the edge of the wallpaper which then meant the amount we could use was reduced and there wasn't then enough to complete the job. We ordered another 3 rolls in case it was a different batch but when it arrived it was the same batch so we were able to finish the job. the second batch arrived on time and well packaged. We are very pleased with the result.”

“Very pleased with wallpaper. Saw it in a local store, but didn't have enough matching rolls. They quoted three weeks to order, so found it on Home Flair Decor site, received within 4 days, free carriage, and still £1 a roll cheaper!”

“My order arrived within a few days and was well packaged. Very happy with everything and would use this service again. Only down side was delivery charge was quite high at £10 especially when the postage stamps were roughly £5!”

“Excellent service. Will definitely use this company again. Wallpaper was 12.99 in Homebase and only 8.75 with you. Even factoring in delivery costs I saved plenty. Quick delivery . Received in just 2 days. Definite 5 star review”

“I was delighted at the prompt delivery of the Adara wallpaper it's a shame you didn't have stock of the Adara teal stripe as I'm still awaiting its arrival from another company ! I sent for it in the same day as I sent my order to yourselves ! Obviously not as efficient as you Thanks Janice Fielding”
