“The whole experience buying my pool table was a rare pleasure, from chatting to the sales team, a big thank you to Rob Amos who was more than helpful, to the delivery and installation. The pool table is fantastic, both as a pool table and a dining table. Most people don't even realise it is a pool table until we show them. Already had many hours of great entertaining. Couldn't recommend highly enough.”

“Rob was very welcoming from the minute we arrived at the showroom, very knowledgeable about the pool tables. From ordering to delivery only took 10 days. Delivery guys were great. Only downside is the benches have not arrived. Love the pool table, would highly recommend this company to others.”

“Eleven days after ordering our table and benches, it has arrived. It was expertly delivered and setup by Neil and Aaron. They were quick, tidy, polite and friendly. Clearly they really knew what they were doing. Before they left, they made sure we were 100% happy and gave us some valuable advice about looking after the table, a Chester Signature 7ft in Oak. They are clearly are proud of the products they deliver and it shows. The build and quality of the table is AMAZING. The 7ft is perfect for the room and it is just a thing of beauty, such a fabulous quality of workmanship, a firm slate bed, rich solid oak and the slate-blue cloth looks so classy and it plays wonderfully. The accessories are all top-notch, the benches are again, real quality and make the perfect seating. I thoroughly recommend Home Leisure Direct highly enough, their end-to-end service from the website, through their very patient and helpful telephone agents, delivery and fitting service, simply cannot be faulted. We’re so glad we put our trust with these guys, 100% start-to-finish.”

“I ordered a Signature Tournament Pro Edition 7ft pool table in August 2023. On the phone, the sales team at Home Leisure Direct were very knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the options with absolute patience and never once pushing for a sale. Once ordered, the table was built and ready a lot early than my garden bar was, but it was no problem for the delivery team to hold on to the table until I was ready to take delivery. Now that it’s been delivered I am very happy with quality of the table, the cloth, the balls and the cues and would definitely buy again from Home Leisure Direct.”

“Absolutely amazing service, this is the second time we have used home leisure last year we had a arcade machine delivered and today we have had a pool table. Excellent doesn't come close to the quality of service from this company they are exceptional, from initial enquiries to keeping upto date and for the pool table delivery and installation by Chris and Howard was simply superb, we are not the easiest to get to but really was not an issue and they actually made it looked simple and extremely professional. Already recommended them to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone, really excellent, many thanks”

“Home Leisure Direct supplied us with a pool table for our office. I found the sales guy really helpful and he dealt with our enquiry and order efficiently and quickly. Cannot fault them. Install was well planned and organised, the guys did a great job. We are very pleased with the quality of the table as well. Makes being in the office that much more fun too!”
