“Fantastic service from the staff at Home Leisure Direct ! After browsing online several times, popped in to take a look at a couple of items I was interested in (jukebox & pool table) and was able to benefit from their advice and guidance as to which jukebox was right for me and to see & hear it in the flesh. Delivery dates were communicated very well and the installation team were excellent ! Anyone looking to purchase anything from this company could do so with complete confidence. I will definitely be going back !!”

“We are far from happy and are now instructing our solicitor as well as trading standards as the cloth and slate you have delivered is of no use to us, the slate is not flat and the cloth is creased and loose making playing an unsatisfiying experience, this has been reported with photos and videos to yourselves followed up by various phone calls and emails to which we have had no response. To put a response to my previous review saying that the issue was resolved is by far and away the most presumptuous response of a review I have come across, as I had not even received the slate that I had ordered back in july at the initial point of order when you posted your response, we had initially hoped that once Ben was involved the issue was going to be resolved but once again Home Leisure Direct have let us down. Do not order from these people as you will be severly let down. Do not order a special order cloth as when it finally arrives (4 months later ) the badge is not straight with no spot markings ( the install engineer told me he was not the cloth engineer, but had a go and forgot to put the markings on and would text me the measurements ). After paying a fair price for a table the last thing I expected was to have to mark it up myself especially when we had had such a poor experience leading up to this. This is the service you get from this company the cloth has staples showing on the cushions and when you order a blue cloth with Everton badge(don’t judge me😀) it comes in various colours of blue none of which are royal.”

“We ordered a pool table and lifter for a pre x mas delivery.. The lifter was supplied soon after the order was placed. When the Pool table arrived in November at Home leisure Direct they confirmed a delivery date as promised. On the day of delivery the driver rang when he was on route to confirm his delivery time. The driver and his mate were polite and helpful when they arrived. Though we had not paid for installation they gave a verbal overview of the order of assembly. Home leisure direct couldnt have been more helpful and our Club pool team are over the moon with the new table.”

“Really great service when looking for a pool table. We went for the Signature Chester. Reese was very helpful in the demonstration, providing good knowledge and experience. Overall a very good company to visit and no pressure selling at all. Range of pool tables for all budgets. Would highly recommend them.”

“I was invited to come up for the Home Leisure Direct open day... I was like a kid in a sweet shop! Who would of thought that playing on pinballs and arcade machines could make me so happy I felt 15 again. A member of the sales team (Harriet) was more than helpful, she showed me round the three huge showrooms and let me ask her loads of stupid questions and just made me feel so welcome I didn't want to leave at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend these guys. 10/10”
