“Pool dining table ordered in mid-august. No communication, no idea when it'll be delivered as no one will come back to me. Appalling customer service. I’d like to comment on the quality of the product but have no idea when it will arrive. Having read many customer reviews it seems the more you spend the better customer service you get, I wish I’d known that before ordering.”

“just popped down to their showroom to purchase a pool table, the showroom was amazing and the salesman lewis was very helpful, walked away with the table i wanted and very happy indeed”

“had great fantastic time on the pinballs and the pool and even on arcade machines had really really good time and enjoyed myself i can't wait till next time wen they have a dolike this again id recommend it to everyone a really good team here u won't be disappointed”
