“I found the office staff were all very friendly and helpful, as if they cared about the quality of their service. Mr Robert Slocinski who installed the window was professional, capable and extremely efficient - and I have to say the job is very very good indeed, every aspect finished off beautifully and neatly. I will certainly be recommending you, and have in fact already done so to my neighbour.”

“The communication let you down. We had the automatic txts to.confirm fitting date. On actual day of fitting we had a call to advise fitting would be later in the day which was fine. However, we then received a call to advise that actually our door was not in the ware house and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. It is fortunate that the appointment was scheduled on my day off - I was extremely disappointed but at least I had not taken a days annual leave. That aside, the pre sales advise was very comprehensive. The product is exactly what we were looking for and is of excellent quality. The fitters were on time, polite and tidy.”

“Excellent and subsequently the fitting team were also excellent. FYI - Including yourselves we had 3 quotes from "local companies" and 1 from a "National". All 3 "locals" were streets ahead of the "National" on all fronts - Customer care/products/price”

“first class we made a general enquire at first, called as 2 of the windows are over 3 meters wide and I wanted to have an idea of cost this come back at a good price so went ahead and placed an order for all windows and front door in the house, kept updated by email and phone had a problem with two glass panels cracked and front door scratched, but was solved over the phone no problem very good 5 star”

“Excellent throughout. The only one small thing I could mention is that the surveyor didn't spot that the products wouldn't go through the house. They had to be carried over a neighbour’s garage and in doing so a wall belonging to me was damaged. But in the scheme of things nothing to get upset about. All in all very happy with it all especially Andy the fitter, you couldn’t ask for a nicer chap to turn up and represent your company.”

“From my first contact till the instalation we have been very pleased with the profesional way the team have conducted themselves and made the changes required by us without delay. They gave us good advice to help in choosing the style. The instalation team were clean and tidy with very little damage to the interrior decoration of our home, which was put right at the time. we were very impresed with the company and all the staff, and pleased to recommend them to others.”
