“Good service, price and I was impressed with the survey and installation team. The quality of the product seems good, but time will tell. The only negative, and it cost them a star, was that they didn't point out that the leading on triple glazing would be different in colour to what we have on the existing double.”

“From quote to date of install Home Hub service and updates were very efficient. Replacing our existing windows proved to be complicated and initial results were not great. However, with dedicated input from Josh the service and follow up care we experienced was excellent and gave us the result we expected. I would definitely use Home Hub again and recommend. Thank you to Josh and the team.”

“The showroom experience was excellent and Josh took a good amount of time talking us through the options and explaining the differences. There was never a feeling of over-selling or up-selling and we left happy that we had agreed to the right product at the right price. There was a week's delay on the installation but this seemed to be beyond HomeHub's control and we were kept informed at all times. The doors are now installed and of very good quality and the installation team did a very good job. We would recommend people who are having building work done to give HomeHub the opportunity to give you a quote directly. The price for the exact same doors via our building company (who were going to use their own preferred supplier) would have been significantly more expensive, so for the sake of a bit of extra time to do the leg-work ourselves we saved a lot of money. They also have an interest-free credit option available in some circumstances and overall we are glad that we took the time to work with them directly.”

“Slightly disappointed in after sales. Changed our appointment by text, tried to contact them to say it was not convenient and would like to keep our original appointment, it took a number of attempts for them to reply. Otherwise excellent Windows, doors fitting amazing.”

“Really pleased with Lee’s installation and the product itself. Ordering and survey very well organised and executed. Just a shame we have to wait a week for a replacement glass panel to be sourced and fitted. Other than that very happy and would recommend.”
