Disappointed that the door manufacturer did not quote a realistic time frame over the Christmas period. But the office staff were very helpful, & the fitters were excellent

I required a repair under the guarantee given when I first purchased the conservatory, and, apart a from a slight misunderstanding re the product, the service repair was carried out quickly and efficiently, and more importantly, with cheerfulness and a smile. Well done to all your team.

Generally all has been very efficient. I would particularly commend the Fitter who attended to replace our door and then again to replace the lock - he was willing to do many extra small tasks to help complete the work to our satisfaction. Willing to go the extra mile, with a smile. Thank you.

The best aspect for me was the ease of doing business with you and getting a quote via e-mail without going through the notorious double glazing sales pitch at your home experience. The price quoted seemed competitive so I accepted and the delivery timescales were short too, so all good so far. During fitting, a surveying error was also corrected without quibble, so again good. What let it down was one or two too many scratches dents etc on the window frames and some rushing by the fitters at the end. I don't know if it's the factory or the fitters, but you expect something that's new to be perfect and not have scrathes and dents. The cementing round the back door is already crumbling away and we've also noticed they forgot to seal underneath the front door step - we can still see the foam. The factory also delivered one of the windows with only the horizontal leading for the leaded lights and then "dropped" the replacement, so overall I don't get a good feeling about their quality control and general care of the products. And because the fitters had to have extra visits, they seemed to be under progressive time pressure to move on to their next job rather than want to make sure you were happy with the current job. So what started out very positively was slightly spoilt by the little things towards the end. I have photos but can't attached to this feedback. On the product itself, I also don't find the "natural weathering" look of the leaded lights a good thing.

Average; one glazing panel had been manufactured to the wrong size,although the size on the attached label was correct. One opening window had a stainless steel screw missing off the hinge which meant it could'nt be opened.

the windows were fitted well and quickly. the fitters were here for 2 days, I feel the monies charged for their services was excessive. There were a few niggles which due to my inexperience I was not prepared for. Also not having any paperwork didn't help.

Excellent, however your fitter told me that one of the window locks is no good and needs replacing and I am still waiting for a call. Michelle Tuddenham

Trevor the chap who came to fix the problem this year was much better than the call out last year. He actually listened to the problem I was having with the door and was very thorough trying to solve the problem. It seems as though it was an installation fault as no drainage holes were made at the bottom of the door. Thereby the rain water couldn't drain away and the bolt and locking mechanism became rusty.I've had to pay £150.00 to correct an installation problem!
