“Very helpful, straight to the point and honest. The installation team again very helpful and when it was discovered that there was a dirt mark inside the glass unit, got straight on the phone to order a replacement.”

“Smallish order for 2 replacement patio doors. Within roughly 2 working days of my visit to the showroom we had agreed a price, paid a deposit and had the site survey carried out for the factory order. If the supply and fit in terms of speed and service go as well I will be mightily impressed and happy to say so. People are very keen to complain but rarely praise - I know as I am in the building business myself.”

“The only reason for a 9 for quality is because two of the glass inserts in the door had water in them, otherwise I am delighted with both the product and the way your staff try to help with, and resolve, any problems or questions no matter how silly they may appear to be. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.”
