“Excellent, I would definitely recommend you, the sales team were friendly and very helpful, the fitters were polite, careful and very competent and the surveyors measurements were just about spot on.....Lovely job.”

“When you heard that I had a minor issue with the windows you replaced the glass incredibly quickly and the fitter was very efficient and quick. Your service has been both prompt and caring. I would definately recommend your services and products.”

“After sales support has been good so far. Hoping the remedial work on adjusting the door today lasts longer than last time. Phil was polite and professional again so no issues there. Unfortunately we have also noticed cleaning marks/scratches inside the sealed units so will have to log another call due to the manaufacturing fault”

“The installation went well the guys were friendly the only problem was that I assumed the sliding door would have been on the inside for security reasons. The installers assured me that's the way they are. Anyway that was my only criticism.”

“All done very efficiently. Dave, who came to measure up for the job, was most helpful in sorting out some of the details with the builder. Lee, the fitter, came when he said he would and was also most helpful. There is just one return visit to fit a bit of trim which was not ordered in the first instance.”
