“communication has improved since our previous install and any issues we have were addressed much quicker this time round”

“Very pleasant people to communicate with and met my needs as a customer and requirements of my order, also nice to know they are a local company too. One of the frames came with a mark on it, but it's minor overall and the windows were very good value for money and what I wanted, so I'm happy with them. I have since recommended this supplier to a family member to use and they've placed an order - so hopefully they'll also have a good experience.”

“Very impressed with the service, from ordering to installation. Very efficient and friendly installation team. The installers were conscientious and made me aware of a small defect in the glazing that I may not have noticed immedietely. They said they are going to organise a replacement unit, so thank you to Ricky and Craig.”

“Easy to get information and view product. Display centre staff knowledgeable. Installation team arrived on time, protected installation area, installed the product effectively and left the site clean and tidy. Replacement bifold door was installed with minimal impact to surrounding area leaving little to no need to redecorate surrounding area. Very pleased overall looks good and would recommend”
