Delivery not the best. Seem to want to move It or drop it some ware eles. Driver I am talking about. After sales repairs are very slow.

We were really pleased overall, however we feel you could improve on the communication side of things, specifically emails. Also the fitter is still hasn't contacted us regarding a revisit to install the fixing caps which are loose and can fall out.

Pretty good. The only concern was the connection between the original survey and the person fitting the door. The initial survey found no issues but also didn't advise us that the wires needed to be removed. When the installation guy came he questioned as to why the wires had not been removed, yet the original survey did not, in any way, raise an issue with the wires (telephone and alarm) wires being present otherwise I would have disconnected them beforehand. There was obviously some disconnect there

I was really impressed with the staff at home hub. From our initial showroom visit to the installation every thing went smoothly. The fitters were very careful and left my house very clean. Overall very good.

the installation was brilliant. very quick, excellent quality, clean and tidy. the admin side from the office wasnt so good. there was an issue with the specification of the lock but i only found out a few days before the installation - the door hadnt been ordered, so installation had to be rescheduled. i was pretty much told it was my fault as my voicemail wasnt switched on on my mobile! even the fitters told me the office had mucked up and not ordered the door!

Really great service. The emails and text messages to confirm appointments and remind us were really helpful. Great showroom and the staff really know a lot about the products.

Windows seem to change shape in differing temperatures and sometimes jamb, making them difficult to poen or close securely. Thgis seems to be a problem with all large plastic constructions exposed to outside temperatures. There is a weakness in some hinges where a small black plastic sliding component carrying a cantilever linj where it beaeks at that insertiob point. Better if this part was made in matel - stainless or brass. Carrying out our less than obe hour repair seemed to take longer than expected. Otherwise OKish.

Pre-sales service has been very good, except that a survey couldn't be undertaken for two weeks because Dave was on holiday. In all areas you really need holiday cover. We believe the quality of the product to be very good but only time will tell. PLEASE NOTE we have found a small flaw in the door surround where a piece of metal is showing. I would like this fixed quickly.

order was taken incorrect and has cost me time and money scott did not take the order as I requested and said it was my fault not very happy with scott taking future orders !!!

the product is very good and the fitters were conscientious and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day but the after sales is very poor, .but having to wait over a year to have one glass pane refitted is not acceptable
