“I am very happy with my windows, however there was an issue with the door. I was not aware that I was going to be sent an order summary after the survey. This summary ended up in my Spam folder therefore I was unable to check it and consequently the door was not as I had ordered. In the end it was a minor detail but it could potentially have been disasterous. Even so the panel on the door was delivered incorrectly but this is being replaced. Customers should be advised to look out for and carefully check the order summary.”

“Excellent with no overt salemanship, clear communications, a good product and a good installation - although I remain slightly irritated by the three silver nails driven through my existing solid oak wooden floor to re-fix the existing end trim down. I think a call to me first to check if okay would have been a more sensible option after - I assume - your installer discovered he had no glue. I'd have also counter sunk then and made a plug with the dust and a bit of glue to hide the screw head. As it is I'm going to have to sort them as it looks ruddy awful with three silver screws sat in an oak floor at funny angles”

“Apart from the window not fitting and a new one having to be manufactured. The information on a new fitting date etc. was not given until the last minute. Telephone queries were not answered. However the product, price and fitting staff were all excellent.”

“Fittings were delayed due to one window not delivered on time, One bedroom window was tried in the wrong window. This took the fit time over the weekend. Luckily the child. whose room it was, was away from home so was not effected. Otherwise the fitters were quick and did a good job.”

“Excellent execution of installation. We did have a 4 day delay for which a discount was offered!!! This discount did not materialise. This delay did inevitably cause some inconvenience. I think you could have scored '10s' if there had not been such a delay or could have been communicated earlier than the day prior to the original appointment.”

“The doors are great but the service at the show room in ascot has been slow in terms of queries and response. The person that measured up on sight was extrememly rude, agressive and patronising and almost made us cancel. He was similair when he dealt with our builder. The fitters also wanted to change the time of the booking on the day despite all homehubs numerous texts and emails confirming the time. Overall you are hard to recommmend because your service and general staff attitude is poor”

“Apart from a blip with communication, it was very satisfactory. I ordered chrome window handles you supplied white. The 2 guys who fitted the windows were excellent. A very professional job.”

“Friendly staff from start to finish. Very informative and willing to help - could improve communication a little and a little disappointed with the lack of ability/communication between the surveyor and the office. Apart from the issues we had with the surveyor, overall we were impressed with the service provided.”
