“Very efficient - only improvement I could suggest is letting the customer know of ETA for fitters. Issue with front door (awaiting resolution).”

“I have used your company on two occasions. I have expirienced great customer service and the instalations were faultless. However the products supplied were not up to srcatch. First time, windows in the front doors were not sealed by the munufacturer and this time inside beading of the window does not align.”

“Communication very efficient, if a little impersonal. I was concerned about fitting by a subcontractor but appears to have been OK (although I do have an issue with ease of locking - else you would have got a 10!)”

“the fitter turned up 1 1/2 hours late owing to not being able to find the door panel at the depot. Another panel was used temporally. The fitter did a very good job and spent time showing my Mother who is 89 , how to lock and unlock the door. Now just waiting to hear about correct door panel”

“It has been a week now and i still haven’t heard from you , i have paid for a front door and window above but you still haven’t resolved the fact that the one supplied and subsequently Rejected by myself and your fitting team ,Phil, was in fact the wrong size and did not need any packing either side. The door frame on the composites is 70mm wide/both sides and so there is no need for packing = 15mm each side of door and the window above making a difference of 30mm Your window installer Phil was in total agreement at the obvious error and took them both back.; Please can we get this resolved, either way please supply and fit me the correct size door and window above or refund my money for both accordingly. Your company prides itself on customer service and value for money, the quality of the sash windows you supplied and installed was fantastic but the time scales and lack of communication regarding resolution of the front door issue have not come up to your high standards. “Good prices, straight forward and honest way of doing business. Consciensious fitters. Your suppliers made mistakes on our last two orders however which were not picked up until after installation.”
