“the fitter 'Paul' ( Pawel) and his 'mate' were excellent, polite, courteous and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Trevor the engineer replaced a window and gave the same impression.”

“We had our survey carried out. All good. When putting in the door, the installer initially found it would only open 45 degrees wide. He put this down to the movement of the house and didn't see this as a situation that could have been foreseen. Expressing our concern he returned the next day and managed to ensure it was relatively in place. A month later one of the rods in the hinges popped out and the door shifted diagonally in it's frame. We contacted yourselves to mend it. Your second workmen took 15 minutes to shift into place and described the issue. He also improved the locking mechanism (we didn't know about this) so that the draught excluders and more tightly in place, reducing the amount of lost heat. Therefore we had one poor and one good experience. Since raising the problem I am more at ease with the service you have enabled. Time without any further issues will give us confidence to consider using your services in future. Thank you.”

“We felt communication was poor because we were not made aware of your full range of products. It was only because we saw the Orolo style windows that we realised there was an alternative to the straight edge finish! This is not meant as a criticism but to remind the staff that they cannot assume the customer knows exactly what is on offer. We would like to add that the staff were always polite and helpful. We must also mention that Andy and Mark were excellent fitters. They were very polite, helpful, clean, efficient and punctual! Top Men!”

“You seem to be very helpful & we had no significant problems in dealing with you from the first tentative enquiry through to the fitting of our bi-fold doors. I believe that you only truly find out about a company if there are problems, & how they respond defines just how good they are. Hopefully we will not need to test that, but if we do I am confident that you will step up to the mark, judging by our experience so far.”

“Terry was great communicator, fast but gap under french windows ie. zero cement did surprise me ;-( How can you fit a window and expect it to be draft free with a gaping hole !!! Called today 3rd Jan and promised a call back as Terry in the office and nothing. Chris 07831885781”

“Very helpful, the site visit could have given us more information, taking down scaffolding, so not to make two visits. But all resolved very quickly, whole team including fitters very professional, really pleased.”
