“Terry was great communicator, fast but gap under french windows ie. zero cement did surprise me ;-( How can you fit a window and expect it to be draft free with a gaping hole !!! Called today 3rd Jan and promised a call back as Terry in the office and nothing. Chris 07831885781”

“You seem to be very helpful & we had no significant problems in dealing with you from the first tentative enquiry through to the fitting of our bi-fold doors. I believe that you only truly find out about a company if there are problems, & how they respond defines just how good they are. Hopefully we will not need to test that, but if we do I am confident that you will step up to the mark, judging by our experience so far.”

“Very good. We have always been treated really well when we have called at the showrooms and the fitters have been first class, very helpful and friendly and, above all, they do a great job. When some of our our windows, which were fitted approx 12 months ago, needed some fine tuning, Terry Cann was brilliant at sorting it all out! The only slightly negative comment is that a couple of the people in the office are very slow at returning calls - surely you could have a system whereby if a phoneback is more than, say, 4 hours old someone just phones to say that the individual is still busy but will contact you ...............”

“Very impressed with the sliding doors. Very minimal frame and lots of glass. Home Hub were very competitive against the likes of IQ glass and express. Highly recommend if you are looking for a top quality architectual glazing at a fair price.”
