“I like the concept of this company, I really do, but they need to keep an eye on their customer service. Waited so long for a personnel to get back at me and when he finally did, he wasn't much of help. Hence, 3 stars.”

“It's a good site but I have to deduct a few stars for redirecting me directly to the BestPrice provider by clicking Details. It would be better to have a more in-depth description about the place without opening another tab. Why have the View Deal button then?”
