You took the full amount instead of the deposit. This is 7 months in advance. I'm now waiting for refund. Phone calls , waiting in queues . Time wasting...not happy.

I barely used it because the short length Of the renral I sought (4 nights) made an Air B&B more avaikabke.

But the prices are extremely high, not everything is ok. But if I rent an apartment at this price, all costs are included and not 500 or 1000$ Plus paying taxes or cleaning lady or whatever else. Sorry about this global crisis not many people can pay everything is not realistic

When I called to get some specific information about the house, I was given general disclaimers and my question was not answered. If a customer asks a question, that question should be answered. If the person doesn't know the answer, then she should get the answer.

It wasn’t until I got final receipt that my 1,175 rental went to 1,995 there was a lot of fees that didn’t show up til I booked . Severely disappointed I would have booked elsewhere had I know ahead of time . Fees very misleading nothing noted til I booked .

I will be glad to give a review after my booking takes place without any problems. I’m still concerned that it may be case of “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”. I certainly hope that I’m wrong. I tried to do the 1st part of the survey, but the responses wouldn’t highlight so that I could pick one - I hope you are able to understand this last part.

Finding a place was easy, booking was easy. I'm Waiting for email with final reservation. I received a confirmation right away .Hopefully it works out .The resort says there's nothing available?

You offer some accommodations not available on Booking or Airbnb, that’s why I would recommend it. But the booking process and subsequent exchange of information is less convinrent than on the mentioned two sites, it’s more steps and more complicated with you. Think about simplifying the process. Also, more full details about the property - ie check in hours, should be visible on the site BEFORE the payment. I was negatively surprised about the latest check in time being 19:00 h. I need to arrive probably very late. Will try to sort this out directly with the host. In Airbnb you can chat directly with the host and ask questions before booking. I didn’t see this with you. Wish you a good work on improving your service :)

The reason for the review is my request was for the 2022 season & no matter how many times I put in my dates you showed me availabilities for May & June 2021, so I gave up looking on your site.

The only reason I did not rate a 10 was due to the fact that I was looking for the 2022 season & u kept giving me info for May & June of 2021 no matter how many times I put in the dates for the 2022 season.

Cleaning people did not clean kitchen,pancake batter were on doors on kitchen cabinets and chopping board otherwise house was nice

Booking online was quick and easy. BUT I have still not received any confirmation, reception, or anything about the place I booked. When I booked, payment was taken but nothing after that. Makes me extremely nervous.
