“This was my 1st experience booking online. I went to myriad of sites & HomeToGo was the easiest to manuever through, provided more details necessary to make decisions, had wonderful listings in my category, and was a very pleasant experience. Then to have someone call me within hours of my booking ~ well that was just over the top to ease my anxiety as a first-time user.”

“Major shout out to your team... and also emergency response phone people, the night I booked, I was trying to call and leave a message, but somehow got the emergency side, and though it was extremely late the lady was super responsive, and acted like she cared, even though I think I woke her.. then Monday am I called before 9, and the gentleman that answered assured me he would check on my booking as soon as 9 am hit, bc he couldn’t do anything until then, but to know he was so attentive all while getting g his personal kiddos up, ready, and out the door.. speaks volumes for me. So kudos to your team thus far! I look forward to my family’s vacation !!”
