“I was hoping that maybe the musty smell of the chords was just a one off thing from the batch I received last year however once again the batch this year smells as if they are stored in a damp, musty place. The smell is pretty strong and they need to be aired out as it would be awful for grads to smell musty while at commencement. The quality of them is okay, they still shed alot which is not ideal. After these batches that were ordered I may seek alternative options because the musty smell is odd, like where are they being stored.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback! We are working with our manufacturer to resolve this issue for future inventory. The cords are stored in a dry warehouse and we assume that the smell is developing during the shipping overseas but we aren't quite sure. “We ordered 100 new caps and gowns, in various sizes, for our high school equivalency program. The delivery was quick and the order was 100% correct. One of their staff even contacted me to verify the year I selected for the included tassels. The individually wrapped caps and gowns made it easy to store away our extras and keep them in new condition until needed. I highly recommend Honors Graduation.”
