Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! I looked into your order and it was shipped on Feb. 10th when we received the PO from your school and it was delivered 2 days later on Feb. 12th. You requested the quote on Jan. 21st, however nothing is shipped until a payment or PO is received. I'm sorry that you didn't get these in time for your event but we did ship the order on time based on when the PO was received.
