“The order was process was easy and quick! I uploaded a picture of my logo, and shortly after ordering I received a mock up of a simpler version for the design. Once I approved, it was about two weeks before I received shipping confirmation, just as they had stated in the order confirmation email. Shipping was just a couple of days. Customer Service responded quickly to my questions. The pay by purchase order process was easy and straight forward. My stoles just came in, and they look fantastic! Good quality, thick, and the artwork is beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Thank you!”

“I have ordered our honors cords from you for several years and this is the first time that they arrived and they stunk. They smelled wet and musty. They have been airing now for a couple of weeks. Smell is a little better but they still stink. I called your company and I was told that sometimes they do smell when you receive them and you air them out. This is really unsatisfactory for me. I paid good money for these and the students should not have to wear something smelly.”
