“This team is JUST AMAZING!!! I ordered two sets of graduation caps,gowns and custom stoles. My first package was stolen but they worked fast to replace my items and we received our items a few days later. The communication is flawless with this company! “I was really disappointed in the quality of the stoles I purchased. They are coming apart at the top seam. I don't have time to get new ones but I'm not sure I will order from your company again.”

Hi Michelle, thank you for your feedback. Please let us know if you would like a refund or replacement of your damaged stoles. Also, would you mind sending us a picture? It's possible that what you are talking about is just the hole in all stoles that they are turned inside in from after being sewn. Thank you! David

Hi Nina, I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience. Thank you for the feedback. We do our best to communicate the limitations on a single custom stole. Such as a maximum of 2 logos and 15 inches of total design space. We emailed you promptly about this and you chose to have your order canceled rather than edit your design. We voided the transaction within an hour of you placing the order. We never actually received any money from your order to refund. I'm sorry if it took a long time for the money to get back to you. It may have been been some kind of bank issue. Thank you again for your feedback and congratulations on your graduation.
