Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us today! Your order is for a custom master's gown and the invoice does say there is a production time of 60-90 days, the order was placed at the beginning of April. We had been in communication with your school about the production times previously to these orders being placed and we had let the school contact know that we would do everything we could to get these done on time. Now with that being said, we are expecting to have the gowns ready to be picked up this week by the school contact, you will be receiving a shipping refund. “Really fast shipping, it took probably 3-6 days without any fast delivery fee. The sashes came out looking amazing, very vibrant, smooth, no stitching is off, and the embroidered parts looked exactly how I hoped they’d turn out! I recommend this for anyone who is needing to purchase sashes/stoles.”

“KASSIDY is a phenomenal employee. I placed an order for my graduating seniors but as expected there were some sizes that were sold out.
