“I Graduated May 2020 and not sure how, but missed ordering my Cap, Gown and Tassel. Maybe due to Covid? Anyway, I wanted at least a tassel, so I found Honors Graduation via Google search and I am SO glad I did. They were fantastic to order from. I had a few questions about their items and they quickly responded and were incredibly helpful. Their prices were great even though I only ordered one 3 items just for myself and not a bulk order. I highly recommend ordering from the whether it be bulk items or just for yourself or someone you know. THANK YOU Honor Graduation for the great customer service!”

Thanks for letting us know! I just pulled up the tracking information on your package, and it does look like it took two days to deliver despite you paying or next day delivery. I just went ahead and refunded your entire order, since it seems like it was definitely important that it arrive on time! Sorry about that, we've definitely had a lot of issues this year with on-time delivery. Hopefully you can still use the order for pictures or something of that sort.

Thanks for the feedback! Your order left our facility approximately five hours after your order via UPS two day service (we do not ship via FedEx). Unfortunately, we are unable to personally deliver the package, and do need to rely on shipping providers, who are having serious issues with delivery due to COVID. We understand that this situation is very frustrating for our customers. To be honest, it is also frustrating for us, here, since we have gotten quite a few one star reviews when we have done everything within our power to help our customers. We can only hope people are understanding that shipping companies are having delays during this difficult time and those issues in no way reflect on our performance as a company. While we have not received the item as a return (tracking information currently shows the item as "delivered" and not "refused"), we will be able to issue a full refund as soon as we receive it back.

Thanks for letting us know! The tracking information on your package shows that it was delivered today, July 24, 2020 at 2:36 pm, even though it was shipped on the 14th. From the looks of it, your package was delayed in a USPS facility in Augusta, GA for about a week. There have definitely been some shipping delays because of COVID. Sorry about the delay!
