Hi Tonia! You haven't received your order yet because this is a custom stole order. The website does state when checking out and on the invoice you receive that custom orders take 1-3 weeks depending on the time of year. The mock-up email you received also states the current 2-3 week turnaround. The order was placed on 7/6, the revised mock-up was sent on 7/6 and later approved on 7/13. “I received exactly what I ordered - on time - the right size - all things in the order at the same time - very pleased with the product - However the over night shipping was way too expensive. I advise if you are going to order from here make sure you plan ahead & you will be fine!”

“The tassel is awesome! I lost my original one from high school, and I wanted a replacement to sit on my rear view mirror in my car next to my undergrad tassel. This one came in with perfect colors, and I LOVE the style of the year charm. Inexpensive and arrived quickly. Thank you!”
