“i paid for early shipping but my address was messed up on yalls part so i had to chase my package around to get it”

Sorry to hear that was your experience! It looks like when you entered your address, you entered the house number on one line and the street number on another line, which is likely what caused the issue. You should be able to check to see what you put in on the receipt that was mailed to you. In the future, make sure to put the entire address (123 Main Street) on one line! The second line is usually for additional information, such as an apartment number. Glad to see it worked out in the end!

“I chose the wrong blue but glad to have the tassels on time. They are good quality and I like that it was the whole 2020 and not 20. Thanks”

“The cap is too small for any adult. I had to cut the cap st the seam and sew new elastic It now has a large gap where the fabric had to be opened. Not happy but have to use it.”

So sorry Kathleen, you must have been sent a child's cap by mistake. We will issue a full refund for your troubles.
