“Our faculty and students were very pleased with the stoles and cords. This was our first year ordering these for our Teacher Education graduates, and we plan to continue ordering through Honors Graduation.”

“Lack of communication, horrible customer service, lack of cooperation. I originally placed an order which was supposed to arrive within 4-6 business day (as stated in the email and confirmation receipt). I didn't receive any notifications from this place and had to call them myself two weeks later to find out that they had been "reaching out" to me to upgrade my shipping to get it in time. They basically said to pay even more for shipping to receive the order LATE. When I contacted customer service, the supervisor bluntly suggested that since they have so many orders from others, it wouldn't hurt to lose one customer. TOTALLY RUDE AND DISHONEST!”

Hi Caren, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. 4-6 business days is the transit time once the stoles ship. You ordered custom embroidered stoles, and those take time to make. We did our best to contact you to give you information about the time frame of when your stoles would be done. We always try to do our best to provide great customer service and customer satisfaction. Since we were unable to get your stoles to you when you wanted them we have refunded your order completely. “WOW, I highly recommend this company. If you are a first time shopper with this company, you can rest assure that you will be satisfied. Last Saturday I ordered 13 charms for 13 different years dating back as far as 2000. The company is closed on the week-end, but very early Monday morning I received a confirmation that my order had been processed and that I would receive in 4 days. I received the order today (less than a week from order date) and the order was complete and accurate. You can trust this company and you will be glad you did.”

“The original batch of cords I ordered came quickly and were exactly what I needed. I had to order one cord separately; when the package arrived, it was empty. The customer service rep I spoke with was very pleasant and quickly had a replacement cord out to me at no additional cost. It arrived in plenty of time.”
