“I ordered two cords from them for my college graduation since my campus shut down due to COVID-19 and I could no longer buy them from the campus store. I accidentally ordered the wrong color cord for one, emailed them describing the one I wanted, and within 2 days they responded by switching out my cord with the right color! My items arrived by the end of the week. Amazing customer service and very responsive! Plus the cords are great quality. Thank you guys so much.”

“SO AMAZING!! I did a lot of research on where to purchase my stoles and your online customizer was by far the best. It was easy to use, reliable, and actually worked. Even more than that, your customer service has reached out several times to make my purchase perfect. I wanted to use a particular font that was not available on your online customizer, so I just planned to take them to a second embroiderer after receiving them. Cynthia Boyadjian from your customer service team instead helped me put a custom font on and helped me with my design!! Tell Cynthia she rocks! Thank you all so much, I'm looking forward to ordering from you next year as well probably. GREAT service, great product, I can't wait to get my stoles. Thank you!”
