“I like the quality of the parts, and the price is competitive. After I placed my first order, I was told that 1 item wasn't available,so I ordered from your competitor. I paid for my parts and shipping. The very next day, I was informed that my order was shipped complete. Now I have 6 extra fittings I don't need. When your order arrived, it was 1 piece short, so I had to wait for it to reshape to get my machine running. So, good quality, ok price, but some confusion caused me an additional 4 days downtime.”

“I had a very good experience with your company. I needed help in selecting my items and placing my order. Chris was very knowledgable, patient, and supportive in helping me get my items selected and helping get my order placed. Being a senior I am not very computer oriented and Chris was there to help me all the way thru getting what ai needed. Very unusual in this day and age to get someone patient and willing to help!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received my order quickly and the items looked to be of good quality. I haven’t been able to work on my machines yet due to the weather but expect to do so shortly. Please tell Chris that I appreciate his patience and help with my order.”

“Great customer service and prices. They are always pleasant to speak with. I ordered the wrong hose and needed to return it. The process was quick and easy. I received my order the next day! Additionally, it often takes weeks and weeks to get a refund from a retailer. That's not the case with Hose in a Hurry. I received a refund notification the day they received the returned item. Thank you to Bob and everyone at Hose in a Hurry.”
