“I replaced the connectors as I got drenched every time I watered as they leaked profusely. I then put new connectors on and can’t stop the fitting blasting off the hose. Expensive and still no use.”

“I have Hoselink all over ny gardens and lawns. Love the stuff. Recently I purchased a pair of new flow-control connectors but ordered the wrong size (12mm instead of 14mm). I asked if I could return the 12mm and get the 14mm. Hoselink simply sent me the 14mm products at no cost. They did not even ask me to return the 12mm connectors. So, I'll give them to my 12mm neighbour. Great service from a great company with a wonderful product. If only more companies were like Hoselink.”

I am sorry about this Lindy! I can appreciate where you are coming from, it's never ideal to miss out on a sale. As I'm sure you can understand, all sales must have a start and end date and there are always going to be people who miss out. Unfortunately though, we are bound by the start and end date of each promotion, and backdating these is not an option given the huge number of requests we get. “I have used several hose reels over my 45 years of gardening and found the Hoselink hose reel the only one to survive more than a few years. I've now had the hoselink reel and 20m hose assembly for over 6 years, purchased in 2018. Ive bought spare parts for the flow regulator and more recently had them replaced for free (plus postage). I cant fault the service I've received.”

“Excellent the retractable hose is so smooth no more tugging The water from it sprays beautifully with no sore hands whilst operating it I haven’t used the other products yet but I know they will be as superior as the hose”

“Unfortunately I have no idea how the tofu t works yet as the installation paid for hasn’t occurred. The first guy was sick and then deferred and then cancelled and I haven’t heard from the second guy. Haven’t had a response to follow up email. Bit disappointed.”

“Received a mister kit works very well but you don't include a tap fitting so we couldn't use it until I ordered the tap fitting, I would have thought it should have been included with the misting kit”
