“Purchased a metal hose reel box without hose included. Easy to assemble. I have deducted one star because the hose clamp was bent and therefore the join leaked. Had to go a buy another clamp - inconvenient. The box has certainly tidied up a hose mess at the side of the house. Neat and tidy and easy to use.”

“Good & flexible pale blue hose easy to coil up & use for the caravan drinking water supply. No taste even with the hose in the sun. When attaching the selected connector set to the hose follow the instructions carefully - particularly where the white locking collar (or 'olive') is to be placed at the end of the hose. The 'standard' hose fittings also fit this hose if needed.”

“Only had this a few weeks but it’s already been very good. We had another retractable hose previously that eventually just didn’t rewind, hence trying Hoselink. Love the connections which allows you to use all the usual gardening accessories. Awesome!”

“I am a Hoselink customer of many years. I have recently bought an extra hose reel - the Evolve series and am extremely happy with it as well as my much older Classic series reel. Hoselink products are of high quality - no more fittings blowing off. Hoselink have expanded their product range over the years so they have a garden product to suit everyone. The new Evolve series hose reel is made in Australia which is great news.”

“The misting kit we purchased surpassed our expectations for ease of installation and use. The timer is basic but effective, although can be confusing when turning it on with different settings. The service provided was outstanding and communication with staff was great. The staff members I exchanged emails with were super helpful.”

“Canister and wall fitting standing up to constant use very well. The hose tends to jam and be difficult to retract of late. Replaced the plastic gun, would be great to have a metal gun, would last longer. Boys tend to drop the gun when washing the cars. The swivel gun attachment is great.”

“I had a Hoselink classic retractable hose at my previous house. My new house has a small courtyard and I thought the retractable hose was overkill but ... every hose felt like rubbish. So finally I bit the bullet and bought the compact reel. It feels so much more solid. Definitely much better value for money rather than a series of cheap alternatives that quickly fail.”
