“We stayed as a group of 11 girls for a hen party at 71 Rodney Street. Wow the townhouse was beautifully decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Beds are super comfy. Great location everything is just a short walk away. We had a fab weekend and would highly recommend staying here. Will definitely return in the future.”

“Stayed at 20a Fountain Street Feb 2024 half term with my 2 kids (aged 11 & 7) as family are in Guisborough. Ideally located for the High Street, local supermarkets & bus routes. Dining area, through to living area so lovely & quiet in the evening. Modern decor & appliances throughout. Beds very comfy. Would recommend if you're in the area - only thing is the stairs are slightly steeper than a normal house but I just asked the kids to come down on their bums 😊 One tip - upstairs the heating doesn't need to be as warm as down as it circulates really well to keep upstairs warm as there's just the 2 bedrooms.”

“Absolutely loved our 3 night stay at Brook Villa. It was in a perfect location to visit local sights. A short walk to a local shop and within a short drive to places to eat. The house was perfect and met all of our needs. We were 2 families meeting up with teenagers, small children and a dog. The house was spacious and we all fit in the comfy lounge around the fire. Perfect. Would definitely recommend.”

“Group of 4 girls staying in one of the apartments it was lovely, very central to everything just a walk away from most things shopping,food and night life etc. The people at the host and stay office were lovely and very accommodating with any needs of ours. Overall it was a perfect stay and would definitely be going back again”

“Location good, bed comfortable. Bathroom needs attention tiles and shower head needs bleaching , radiator needs replacing. Very dusty throughout. Wall near the bin needs cleaning , blinds dirty. Glasses are just rubbish. TV needs replacing. No light on the stairs very dangerous and against H&S law.”

“Terrible experience with this company. Offered a refund and 6 weeks later I’m still fighting with the inbox attendants to get it!! The customer service is shocking, never speak to the same person twice, no one is accountable for anything!”

“Although they charge a 25GBP fees for contingency for damages but its worth. I really enjoyed my family stay at the Bedford location in Liverpool. It was a luxurious stay”

“Had to ask for address of cottage and key code day before I went as i hadn’t yet received it. Paid an insurance deposit on top of holiday payment so was expecting it to be immaculate. Cottage was tired needed some TLC sofas had springs coming through, dressing table stool leg broken, sheet ripped, shower door nearly off, log burner door didn’t shut so dangerous. Could be a lovely little place and dispite the issues inside we had a lovely weekend. Great location and lovely little cottage but unfortunately needs attention.”

“Stayed in Liverpool for a weekend with a group of friends. The Airbnb was lovely, very spacious and also very clean. Very easy to access and the customer service were brilliant in helping with any queries we had during our stay. Location wise it was also perfect and just a short walk to all the places we wanted to go. Will definitely be back again next time I’m in Liverpool”
