“lovely place to stay but not for tall people very low ceilings but managed as it was only 2 day stay lovely views across the roof tops alot of stairs so anyone with mobility problems no good”

“A gorgeous cottage in the heart of Whitby that was perfect for a short break between Christmas and new year. Spotlessly clean and with every kitchen utensil, and amenity you might want - this was a real find. Loved the Christmas decorations and extras that were there for just! A huge thank you - it was a real pleasure to stay in such a lovely place”

“We absolutely loved this place! A last minute booking for Christmas with the kids and it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. The owners were so lovely, and surprised us with a Christmas tree. The kids loved their room and the lodge was nice and clean and easy to navigate. The area is also stunning and people in the area are so polite. What I loved most was how open planned it was, coming from a house where the dining room and living room is separate it was lovely being all together. The only downside I would have to say is it could be a little bit more child friendly, such as sharp corners on the side tables as my 3 year old had a few bumps, but then again he is very proactive! Other than this, it was perfect in every way. We will definitely be back. Thank you!”

“An amazing home from home, warm, clean and with us staying over the festive period a nice little touch of a tree in the living room… made all the difference .. kitchen very well equipped in 14 Aynsley Mews … this place was perfect in every way, we will definitely return!”

“In early December all my family from Mallorca stayed in the Georgen Quarter. It was a lovely house and absolutely spotlessly clean ! The location was perfect ! All the Host and stay staff are very helpful and prompt with any inquiries. I will definitely book again.”

“Apartment very close to shops and restaurants .the interior very nice and pleasant to stay . Many stairs to walk to go through 3rd level but I will book again if I come back home in Liverpool.”

“The property is long overdue a thorough clean. Far too many cobwebs to count, marks and scuffs on the walls all the way up to the flat. Stain on carpet approaching the kitchen. Cutlery drawer was depleted, limited cooking facilities, broken vase in cupboard which had been commented about previously. No toilet brush, budget toilet paper. Bathroom light flashes on and off all night and shines through the badly fitted door. Thick dust on beams. I notice comments about the lack of cleanliness but nothing has been done to rectify negative comments. On a positive note it’s a great location and could be fantastic with a little tic”
