“Amazing location, a 5 minute walk from Liverpool city centre. 2 minute walk from the rail way station. Lots of clean towels and bedding, rooms were spacious and plenty of amenities. Hosts were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do more to help. Group of 5 adults stayed with plenty of room. Will definitely be back great value for money.”

“Management company is a disaster They kept me waiting for more than 40 mins to get the check in instructions. On a Friday evening which should be peak time for them. They also charge you a mandatory fee regardless whether you want or not insurance from them. If you dont get insurance they charge you a deposit handling fee anyway. The deposit is 250gbp which i think doesn't show anywhere But the main issue is that the heater on the house was on a timer so switched off every 2-3h. Outside was 0 degrees and the house at 1 point below 15 degrees.. I called the management company around 5 times during the weekend and they totally ignored me. They did actually nothing and we had a bad experience there Very unimpressed about how the management of the property is done”

“The apartment was extremely well equipped, clean, roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately we had difficulty in locating the property and needed to telephone Host and Stay several times to request specific directions. They were totally unhelpful. They need to smarten up the directions.”

“Very nice well equipped, clean comfortable apartment. Good position on sea front with only short walk into main centre. Price was very good value. I only have couple of niggles, the en suite shower had bad smell sometimes from drain and needed regrouting around bottom and I had to clear a load of dead midge like insects in bottom of shower before we used it. Would still stay there again.”

“I stayed in these apartments in Liverpool for 2 nights recently with a friend. The apartment itself was immaculate and quite spacious too, most definitely suitable for 4 people. Location was bang on in the city centre, based directly at Concert Square, everything such as shops, pubs and restaurants are right at your door step which is very ideal. Considering how close you are to the main place of nightlife, this would not put you off if this was not your scene as you cannot hear any noise in the rooms. The receptionist Corina was one of the kindest, and welcoming people, she was extremely helpful and down to earth! Overall, I do not have one bad this to say about these apartments, there were simply no faults, and I would 110% return.”

“Stayed in Whitby at Rock Pipit. Wonderful ground floor apartment with small back & front gardens. Accepts pets. Beautifully decorated and has everything you need for self catering. Only minutes away from the whale bones which is a great place for walking dogs yet still only minutes away from the town centre.”

“Fabulous place to stay Clean spotless fully equipped kitchen clean bedding and towels great Location for everything in Whitby and great bar just outside building but you didn’t get disturbed”

“The cottage was absolutely fabulous very central just round corner from train station,, it was spotlessly clean, a really big kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms one was on suite , bathroom directly across from other bedroom Wi-Fi was included ,, there was a washer and dryer , we only stayed for 2 nights it is home from home highly recommend ,,,”

“Great location, we had a fab 2 night stay 5 girls so we appreciated the 2 bathrooms for getting ready. The place is so clean and the decor has been done to a high standard. We had a small issue with figuring out how to work the fridge this was sorted by maintenance in less than a couple hours as someone came out to sort it for us, the beds including sofa bed are so comfy. We will definitely return, highly recommend. The outdoor space was a bonus would be lovely in the nicer weather. Also dealing with picking up the keys was very easy and a great idea”

“Shocking approach to customer service. We were not able to stay at Bluebell cottage as Host and stay refused access after they introduced new charges and conditions after the point of sale that we refused. Their attitude is that if we don't like it we can cancel our non refundable booking. We booked via booking.com who agreed that these charges were new. I honestly don't understand how this business continues to function with behaviour that seems so unethical”

“Easy booking, excellent communication throughout. I needed to phone for clarification and found the customer service staff very helpful on both occasions. The property we stayed in in Whitby, Freshwater View was perfect, very clean and an easy walking distance from the centre of Whitby and the bonus was having parking. Brilliant price in November for 3 nights.”
