Only gave a 3 as packaging on gifts was all bashed, looks terrible to give as gift.

ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS SOME QUITE HEAVY IN TIN TYPE PRESENTATION BOXES OTHERS IN THIN CARDBOARD GIFT BOXES. THESE WERE BOUGHT AS CHRISTMAS PRESENTS AND ALL PACKAGED TOGETHER AND PACKED IN A PLASTIC BAG NOT A BOX. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THE HEAVY TINS HAD SQUASHED ALL THE SMALLER CARDBOARD BOXES MAKING THEM LOOK BATTERED, WOULDN'T MIND IF I WAS BUYING FOR MYSELF BUT NOT HAPPY WHEN THEY WERE BOUGHT AS A XMAS GIFT.

Ordered shoes on a Saturday. Paid extra for next day delivery. They did not arrive Sunday. Complained and was told they don't deliver on a Sunday and it's in the small print T and C. This is poor. The option should not be available on Saturday or should be made clear on the next day option button..

Really disappointed with the returns policy. I had no choice but to pay to return an item as all stores are closed. Almost £9....This should be abolished at this very tough time in covid-19 lockdown! It would have been 5 star if it wasn’t for this.

The packaging used barely protected the fragile crockery supplied. No breakages but that was more luck than anything else. The returns policy is the worse I have come across which YOU have to pay for. They do not make it easy if you change your mind . Other brands offer free returns especially with the covid restrictions prevent you returning the goods to store.

First time online shopper for house of Fraser. The products I ordered are great...however after paying extra for early delivery it arrived late..and the packaging of both the delivery bag and some of the inside content were very battered. The delivery bag was actually ripped, so I’m not sure if my items had been tampered with and some of the packaging for my items were worse for ware...I’m aware I purchased bargain sale goods but they kinda looked like they’d been kicked around a warehouse.

This bag is a present for my daughter, she already has the identical bag in navy and wanted black. On the website I could not find black so I opted for charcoal thinking it would be a very dark greyish black. The bag is not charcoal it is grey, inaccurately described. I am waiting for House of Fraser to reopen to take it back. Very disappointed. We both have only used Radley for well over 20 years.

I still have not yet received a confirmation email that my goods are ar my selected collection point. It is 1 week since my email informing me my goods have beef despatched. Not sure if this is an oversight or due to COVID. Could someone please confirm where my goods are??? NB Prior to this there was no issue when I ordered goods online Regards Leza

Ordered on the 3rd november, delivered on the 11th. Took a little longer than was expecting. The items are lovely though. Also I cancelled an order and am still waiting for the refund, they said it could take 14 working days for it to go back into my account which I find unacceptable.

Order went through quickly and efficiently, but you shouldn’t be charging P&P for despatched and returns. My 20% discount was all used up in the postage. Other retailers don’t do this especially as customers are shopping for clothes online now and consequently need to order several sizes to see which fits. Won’t order again.Sorry.

The makeup came on time but all the packages were damaged. I was dissappointed as I needed them for presents. I've had to take them out of the boxes and buy another box for the items to go into. These should have been wrapped better. I won't use them for makeup again

Received boots which were obviously worn by someone else returned but I had to pay the return costs. replacement was speedy had to pay delivery again.

Ordered some items online and had to return one of 5. Was a bit shocked that they you have to pay for return as they don’t do it. After spending £170 in a shop you think they would prepay the return like all the other shops

It would have been 5* as delivery was really quick. But part of my order was glass items and they were delivered in a bag! One item was smashed and had to be refunded. The other glass item was in a box and the box was damaged which was really annoying because it's a gift. More sensible packaging is needed
