Spent £175 on a nice coach purse for Mother’s Day, it came in a plastic bag.

Received incorrect colour from item actually ordered. Missing item but still charged. 1 item was dirty and had... wait for it... EIGHT buttons missing! Needless to say, do not recommend at all.

I'm disappointed at the last order, i bought a pair of the shoes and the box was broken , one shoes was white and another one had different colour

I am not happy. I have had to order and send back so many times because whoever is packing whatever item in whatever size, costing me money when the whole point of ordering sale items is to save. Your supposed to sell a true likeness of what is being advertised to sell. This is not the case. When I try to email customer service, there is no response and I can not phone or speak to anyone that is human, but they can contact me to write a review, so here it is.😐

Customer service is atrocious!!! In fact non existent. Every time I have placed an order with HOF something goes wrong and there is never anyone to reach to rectify the situation, if you are ever successful in reaching someone via email only they deny any responsibility and try blaming you as the consumer. Shocking, just shocking. I’m still waiting for a response 6 days later. Avoid HOF at all costs!!!! It’s no longer the same reputable brand it once was.

Cancellation of parts of order due to lack of stock is poor service as is costs of returning items. Won’t be shopping again as delivery/return costs too high.

Not purchased anything from House of Fraser since they stole my gift card money a few years back. Decided to give them another go as used to be a loyal customer. Bought 3 items and paid for next day DPD. Got an email the following morning telling me the main item i wanted was now not in stock. To add insult to injury, got another email saying the delivery would not be next day, despite paying a premium for this at checkout. All that was offered was a voucher code for next day delivery next time. Disgusting service. Won't be back.

I am still waiting to hear from you as one item of my order was missing (order number 131268686.. I have contacted you to customer services by email but yet not received a response yet. I ordered an Estee Lauder product for £72 and a gift (products in a gift bag) would be added automatically to the order. This did not arrive and I would not have ordered the item of £72 had t not been for the gift. I cannot find a telephone number and it is impossible to get in contact with you. Very disappointing!

Got sent the wrong item with the barcode of the correct item, like I wouldn’t notice it was completely different to what I ordered. Not the first time house of Fraser have let us down, but it’ll be the last time I’m ordering from them.

The Linea defuser fragrance product I recently purchased was shown online at a cost of £12 with buy one and get one free plus p & p. However, only one bottle was sent and I am unable to contact to anyone who can clear up the problem up!! CAN YOU?

Not happy with the delivery service. I paid £7 for a quick delivery. Then to return the item it cost me £4.80. This is not acceptable and needs to be reviewed.

Shambolic. Several items I ordered which were in stock at the time were (days) later said to not be in stock - I have only received a refund for one of the items. Three of the items that did arrive were faulty - a denim dress with a riveted button missing, a cap that was filthy and most bizarrely a sports water bottle without a lid. I have emailed and am awaiting a response. Very poor service - I'd avoid.

1 star as I cant give 0 stars. The customer services element is so poor. Having to pay for returns when the competition gives free delivery & returns is ridiculous. I will NEVER shop here again

Polo shirt arrived ripped. Required to visit 2 different shops to buy packaging and return the top. Waste of my time and money. Especially as we are supposed to be online shopping and only leaving the house for essential trips.
