Was not able to return part of my order as the cost outweighed my refund so wasn’t any point. Delivery and Returns are at the customers expense .

I ordered some stuff, but one of my stuff didn’t arrive, instead the Hermes sent me an email saying ‘you weren’t in’ so failed to do delivery and returning my parcel to the sender; when i was at home all the time!🙄 and while i waited for about 2 weeks for that thing.

Really disappointed I brought my Mother’s Day present with next day delivery. This did not arrived until 5 days later to be told it’s the couriers fault. This was simply not good enough especially to just be given 10% of my next order when I only shop here for my mum it’s pretty pointless

Paid next day delivery, no items arrived. Contacted CS a number of times over a 7 day period with various ‘reasons’ given for the non deliver. In the end it was reported that the parcel had been lost. Not all items were in stock for a new order.

All the tshirt were crumpled up in a bag. The zip on the jacket was not working properly. I was very disappointed.

Reviews are clearly doctored. I bought an off shoulder dress and they sent me a nasty looking choker dress, a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT dress I ordered solange off shoulder dress and you sent me the attached clearly worn with BLOOD stains on it. WHAT A JOKE, Selfridges would never send items in the state you did. Even cheap highstreet stores have done better!! Can you please provide RETURNS LABEL so I can send this back to you and I expect my FULL 31.99 REFUND. First experience shopping online with you as I used to mainly do in the stores. Never again will I pass through let alone place items in a cart to pay. Edit: They made contact and demanded proof item is stained. THE POINT IS YOU SENT THE WRONG DRESS!!! I CAN TELL ITS THE LAST UNWANTED DRESS You sent to me you're trying to push your last stock on me. What a joke of a company. Wish I could give it a 0. Thankyou

Fragrance diffuser was delivered in a plastic bag. No protective packaging, so the box and bottle were damaged. Customer service were helpful and arranged a partial refund as I kept the diffuser. The company was let down by thoughtlessness in the packing for online order

Very disappointed in packaging I paid £100 for a pair of sunglasses for a present and the box is smashed to bits not very good presentation at all they was just chucked in a plastic bag where they should of been bubbled wrapped and in a box

Ordered 6 pairs of jeans on Thursday as a red banner appeared to say I have 4hrs to get next day delivery. It prompted me to order from House of Fraser due to the swift service. It's now Monday and no sign. An email arrived on Sunday to say it had been picked. Due to work I am no longer based where the package is to be delivered. I've emailed but no real time response. Why would you be so disingenuous on your website and annoy new customers by lying in this way. I can't get over a giant of the high street demonstrates such dishonesty in order to secure orders!

I paid for delivery my order £ 4.99, now I want to return one item l got to pay again for that £ 7.5 as registered with Royal Mail, there is no way to speak customer service even on chat there are multiple choice answers nothing to deal with my query.

Things are packed well and come either broken or damaged...so can't blame Hermes on this one..

I ordered some jeans (obviously in stock at the time) and added a few others bits to my order since I was buying the jeans. Days later, I received an email telling me the jeans were out of stock. I think that such an established company should be able to monitor their stock properly to avoid this problem - by doing what other companies do and track the number of items to know when something will be out of stock. I am annoyed by this because I wouldn't have bought the other items in my order had I known I wouldn't get the jeans. I've raised this issue with customer support and only received an automated generic email in response.

I ordered some Jean's for my husband it cost me £4.99 delivery unfortunately they didn't fit right so had to send them back which cost me £4.95 so I end up with no Jean's and costing me nearly £10 disgusting all other stores have free returns.

Good discount on Barbour but delivery and returns are diabolical. £4.99 for delivery but had to return goods therefore it cost me another £11.80 for 2 small items. £16.79 for nothing. This will stop people buying online

Feel underwhelmed as had to pay a delivery fee of £4.99 for an order over £100 and also have to pay for returns. Wake up House of Fraser as there are companies out there doing free delivery and returns for orders over £50

Absolutely awful. Ordered a £130 DKNY handbag which came just thrown in a parcel bag, no box, no protective paper or anything. It was full of scratches like it had been on a shop floor for 12 months. When I emailed to complain about the condition I got an email back saying “we’re sorry you received the wrong item”, my email clearly wasn’t read. I won’t order again.

I have been so disappointed with the customer service I have received, it’s caused me a lot of stress and frustration no one helped when I had simple query and I really would like to make a complaint! It’s left me feeling never to shop with house of Fraser again!! It’s terrible! Thanks Bijal Lakhani

Having to pay for deliver my and returns. I will not buy on line again from this company. Returned a faulty product costing £11.20 for postage, still waiting for the postage cost to be returned. 🤷🏼‍♀️🙄
