Very poor service, can not talk to anyone. My parcel went missing initially, then the product given to me was opened and used. Then as a customer that has paid for a product is supposed to go and take the product to be delivered back to store. After all that be given a poxy 20% discount on next purchase. Terrible service. I had ordered other items and they came separately. I don’t understand why the order was split when one order and payment was made.

Despatched item with a security tag still attached, and the box half open with the offending item half out! Not impressed.

Very bad experience I had with customers service, I send a picture and 2 emails to exchange a sweater that I order and there was no reply what's over. I order lacoste sweater for my daughter and I got the wrong size but they never bother to replay🙄 not happy at all

Ordered £170 worth of items and only one item turned up in the parcel. I was then told that both items was picked and packed into one parcel when they wasnt 2 things inside it when it got delivered. Very upset to be honest feel completely stolen from.

Itvahs just cost me 27 pounds tobretirn goods to yourself after spending in excess of 800 I really would expect free returns , particularly in this climate where I cannot bring stuff back into store . I wssvalso put out that it had to be royal mail return particularly as youbsemtvitvro me via Hermes and it was sung over my ten foot gate onto the drive , I think in is very short sighted to expect the customer to pay returns particularly if they have spent and keep above a certain amount . can honestly say I will not shop online with you again .

Not happy at having to pay my own returns of £3.85! I wouldn’t mind paying it for a small company but not a major company like yourselves so I will not be ordering again

1- Wrong order delivered 2- Charged for delivery, when the order was not delivered right 3- Chargeback the payment.

I ordered three photo frames. One product was sent incorrectly and wasn't the product ordered. The glass in the frame was also smashed. The other two frames look great and I'm really pleased with them. Unfortunately it seems to be pot luck on the quality of the goods sent as this is the second time I have received a photo frame with broken and cracked glass. Other customers seem to have similar issues. House of Fraser were very quick at replying to my complaint and refunding me my money so this is positive.

I ordered four King size sheets which arrived in King size packaging but when I opened them out they are all only double size. I have returned them and asked for my original order. I have had to repackage them, go to the post office and pay the return postage upfront. I understand to get a refund on this postage I have to scan the receipt and attach it to an email to customer services. I emailed customer services when I discovered the mistake and to date still haven't had a reply from them. very poor after sales service.

The product description did not represent the jumper well enough so I had to return it and unlike other online retailers I had to pay return postage. Will not be buying online from House of Fraser again and have recommended to all my family and friends that they do the same as I have now spent £8.99 and have nothing to show for it; absolutely disgusting position to put a customer in especially now (COVID lockdown.)

I’m actually really disgusted at the items you sent me, the items were in battered and broken boxes, one shoe box was covered in filth and dust. These two items for for a gift I was planning to send to my family that both recently had babies. I had to remove the packaging just to be able to send them out in time. Not what I expect from purchasing high quality high end items.

You want me to write a review? You big corporations are so needy. You are House of Fraser, not some back alley stall that needs good press. You should know how to do it right by now, you've been around long enough. You should offer some tangible reimbursement for the time it takes your customers - who have ALREADY paid you - to write their reviews. You won't. So I won't write a review. I'm ticking one star, not because that's what I rate your service but because I can't submit the form without selecting a star option.

Not worth the bother.......I was charged £5 delivery then when my jacket did not fit it cost me another almost £10 to send back....no bargain there! I will just stick to Amazon prime, cheaper prices and free returns.
