The package arrived, however the plastic bag had a hole in the back that looked like it had purposely been tampered with. The jewelry was missing, just an empty cardboard envelope, so I had to re order from elsewhere. Over a week later and House of Fraser pretty much accused me of lying. Still no refund. Shocking service from a reputable company which is ok till things go wrong. If there was an option for zero it would be that.

This serves only to say how expensive buying from you has been ! We have bought 3 Barbour coats from you having had 6 delivered. The extortionate delivery and returns cost has spoilt the whole experience for us !!! Almost £50 in postage !!!! Atrocious !

I ordered my item on the 27th March and paid for next day delivery and I still have not recieved my item and it is now the 3rd April!

I lost £10 on delivery for nothing! I buy my shoes number but it didn’t fit what I received!

What happened since the take over? Product descriptions online fail to give the most basic info such as how deep sheets are, or the size of a bag. Orders get cancelled without info, being charged for shipping - even when collecting from store and you're note charged for returns. On top of that the store now has awful sportswear in lost once wonderful furniture departments. It's amazing quickly a great store can become the poorest experience of all...

I've just received my order today and there supposed to be all black with white stripe on the rubber bit and these are black with the whole of the rubber bit being white with a black stripe but the invoice clearly says black black I am furious and what's even worse I have to wait until the end of the month to get my money back and send it back to them and waste more money this store clearly has bad staff who can't even pack the right items the box says black black the invoice says black black when you type in the order it comes up black black these are black and white

Next day delivery was late twice, no offer of a refund however issued a code for another next day delivery for future orders....orders sent either late or incomplete, contact customer services and still awaiting a response.

On the last two occasions o have ordered from house of Fraser, I have had to chase up the delivery. Items have taken a long time to arrive.

Returned the item I ordered as I needed next size up (cost me over £11 to return) I received an email to say it’s out of stock then another email to say my exchange was complete?? Very confusing I still haven’t received a refund or a replacement item over a week later, very poor customer service.

I ordered a jacket which was over £100 in value but was unsure of size so ordered one in each size. Happy to pay for the postage (4.99) which I assumed would cover the return like all the other companies I deal with but was appalled to find out that I had to pay for the return of one of the jackets at a cost of £5.30. The money is not the issue but the principal. The stores are not open therefore customers cannot try on items. I think under present circumstances to have to pay for both delivery and returns shows a lack of customer care and respect for the customer. I could have bought the jacket for the same price elsewhere but I had the mis-guided notion that HofF was worth my loyalty. I will re-think that......

Unfortunately, I made some women’s shopping and waited for more than ten days to receive my parcel. In the end I have received a wrong parcel with non of my items included. I contacted customer services and they haven’t not solved the issue yet. In addition, they assumed that I have received the parcel according to the tracking number which states that my parcel has been delivered. Very upset and disappointed. I am still waiting for the issue to be solved.

Sent the wrong item, emailed to try and resolve and received no response or auto response to say my query has been received so left wondering whether if their customer service or website is the issue. Also costs to return and you pay for delivery so paying postage twice. Not industry standard and customer service certainly doesn’t warrant it!
