Description of items I bought were wrong , returns not free of fixed price with a courier very expensive to return faulty good that you can't try on before buying

I thought this was actually a reply to my complaint, but, unsurprisingly no ! - that hasn't come through yet - instead you ask for a review of a product I didn't actually receive - surely a joke ?? !!!

Abysmal customer service. The be contacted you twice re a missing return, no response. I reviewed you on trust pilot and had a response which stated you would contact me shortly, that was on 23rd March I’m still waiting.

I ordered a jumper and received a pair of jeans instead. Just returned the item yesterday and I had to pay for postage on the top of it...very disappointed!

The wrong item has been sent to me twice due to the incorrect information on the packaging. Two lots of postage and a waste of time trying to speak to anyone to fix the problem later. I am awaiting the item to be sent for the 3rd time now and if the same thing happens I can only assume the company is using buffoons in the packing department. Not impressed.

Paid for next day delivery and did not receive my order till 4 days later, asked for a delivery refund and was told I would only be £3 when I paid £7.99 never again will I buy anything from house of Fraser again

I ordered a pair of boots online which unfortunately were a really poor fit and had to pay £11 to return them. Most other stores offer free returns.

Lorna Jane fitness top arrived 2 days later than paid for and it was an Adidas top with a LJ label attached and in a bag marked LJ!! Kept it as my daughter was ok it but beggars belief!!!

When ordering online, particularly for children, you need to order a couple of size options, I discovered on my last purchase that I had to pay for returns. I am/was a frequent shopper but if you do not offer free returns I'll take my business to John Lewis. Such a shame as I love the Biba brand. Plus I'm sick and tired of seeing Sports Direct product on the House of Fraser website - more trainers than shoes?!

item not delivered....hermes updated saying returning to sender. sent emails through C S link and direct to customer services at least 4 times with no reply.went to PayPal and after another 7 days told they would refund with 5 days .rubbish isn't strong enough!

Ordered a Barbour top which had a smudged logo , contacted HOF over 2 weeks ago , whom have still not responded , I was querying having to pay to return faulty goods . I would have expected a returns reference for full traceability also but no . Not what you expect I’ve sent these back with little hope of a refund of return carriage or the cost of the product ! looking at previous reviews.
