My parcel that has come is not what I ordered and I have tried to get in contact with the store over email nearly a week and half ago and still no reply

I ordered a babywearing coat that retails at £160. The first delivery was the wrong size. I explained this via and email and used photos to explain it was advertised incorrectly as a size 12, but a size 10 was sent. I asked for an exchange for the right item, but requested the sizing issue was checked to ensure I didn’t get the wrong size again and was reassured it would be. I then returned at a cost of £11 postage (I was told I would be reimbursed for this). The item was exchanged and I got a second coat, with exactly the same sizing issue as the first! Completely at a loss customer services told me to return. I asked for a larger size this time (advertised as a size 14) and paid another £11 postage to return at my inconvenience. I then was told that I could have the original £11 “reimbursed” as a cheque which would take 14 days to get to me or a voucher for £20 off my next purchase. As I actually wanted the money I’d had to spend I asked for a cheque. The 3rd coat arrived, finally a size 12 (but I ordered a size 14 to get this) but was missing the panel and hood that are necessary to make it a babywearing coat!!! The ineptitude is unbelievable. At this stage I was refused contact from a manager and told to send the coat back yet again, at a cost to me. So, in the middle of Covid, they wish for me to take a newborn to a post office 3 times, costing me £33 in postage, of which the only way I can get back is in 3 cheques, which I will also have to go to the bank to cash. Their only alternative offer at this stage was a 20% discount (which was the offer everyone could get on their website at that exact time) to accept the “faulty” coat (that I couldn’t make any use of due to the items missing). I notified them I was trying to source the items from the manufacturer and would be in touch to resolve with them and they closed my complaint!!!! Absolutely disgusting service, I’m glad the manufacturers owner agrees how abysmal this is and hope she takes her gorgeous coats to another distributor! You can’t speak to anyone, the customer is never right and they put zero effort into resolving, I will never ever shop here again and share my experience with everyone I know.

Terrible . Ordered a jumper never recieved and then few days later refund in bank without the delivery I had paid!!! Tried to order jumper again as it's for husbands birthday and he chose it and gone up another £30!!

Jacket arrived with the security tag still attached rendering the jacket useless. Unable to contact anyone to discuss as email uses a bot assistant to respond to my query, which did not answer my query. Poor customer service and shopping experience.

Extremely unprofessional and horrible horrible customer service. They very rude. And their policies are stupid and rubbish. I was a loyal customer of house of Fraser and loved shopping with them. But now they have made simple returns so annoying and complicated. I will never buy from them again. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately I had to leave 1 star for it to accept the review! Goods never arrived albeit HoF telling me it had been despatched. The tracking on the courier website said otherwise. After 10 days, I emailed HoF telling them to cancel the order. Ordered the products from John Lewis and they were delivered the following day. Can't speak to HoF on the phone and email response is sporadic. I won't bother to use them again. Disappointing :(

Service was quick but considering the amount the CC trainers cost I expected them to arrive packed and ready for a gift for my son at Xmas. Unfortunately the trainers had been tampered with obviously by someone else trying them and sending them back, won’t use them again, box in poor condition

Arrived damaged in a bashed up box with no protective packaging. Wheels are scuffed & filthy, obviously been used. No reply from customer services.

I ordered over £100 worth of clothing and paid £4.99 delivery. Unfortunately for me I only liked 1 of the 4 items. To return the items with insurance of £100 it cost £11 to return! Ridiculous. Will not purcufron them again. No offers on postage or returns

My very expensive gift sets arrived poorly packaged in a plastic bag and were crushed. I emailed hof to ask if I got a replacement they could be packaged better or I would just have a refund rather than a replacement. No reply. Rubbish on all levels

The Ted Baker coat I purchased was stained, dirty, covered in hair, looked like it had been work and the belt was missing. I was appalled that this was sent to me.

For the 2nd time this year you have got an order wrong, this time you have charged me £3.50 more for an item that I didn’t order and never received the item I wanted, you have asked me to send the item back, but it would cost me more in fuel to return the item as I live rural, so I will never shop with you again

Extremely poor experience with house of Fraser . I have been charged for the next day delivery and it’s a week now , still waiting for my order to be delivered . I would never shop again online and would also recommend my friends not to shop from house of Fraser .

Poor quality coat. Expected a lot more for £160. Could not get a refund in store so £4.99 for delivery to store and the same to return it by post. This is not good service.

Return of items discouraged, even when no other options are available. Postage of returns a rip off Will never shop with House of Fraser again period.

Disappointed with the quality of products received. I ordered two items of clothing on 30/10/20 that had discounts and one was in the sale. I was super pleased thinking this was a bargain. It arrived quick but when I opened it, the dress had stains on it and had loose threads coming out. Very disappointed and angry with this. House of Fraser are supposed to be a luxury high quality brand, not ripping off their customers with worn, dirty goods. Other reviews are saying similar things. Don’t recommend at all.

Bad online service. I had to pay for delivery charges with a purchase of over £300. I had to pay for the return postage when the size doesn't fit. Will not shop with House of Fraser again.

I purchased a pair of shoes and paid for fast delivery (1-2) day’s After a week the order still hadn’t arrived and I had no way of speaking with anyone to find out what was going on.
