Did not receive all the items I ordered, sent an email enquiry about this and a week later I still haven’t heard anything back. Terrible service.

Very vad still haven't had any contact from them they have taken double the amount of my money paid 7.99 for next day its been a week! No one has got in contact with me at all!

Postage charges are outrageous. Surely if spending nearly £200 it should be free, not to mention return postage as larger size required. It will have cost over £24 postage by time I get my item. Shame on you! Also the packaging of one item looked like it had been kept in your store room for years. It had numerous price stickers, some in euros, which made it look like it had been around the block a few times. I won’t shop online with you again 😔

*In store you didn’t have the size belt * ordered the size on line from home * still had to pay delivery £4 For collection from store

No minus choice for this rating so I've given it a one star. This Jumper arrived with a hole in it and 'damaged' hand-written on its label. Did House of Fraser recover it from a bin, take my money and post it to me? After some toing-and-froing of emails, the inconvenience of repacking and visiting the Post Office (during a Pandemic) I managed to get a refund plus a £15.00 voucher. That's about £5.00 per hour for my trouble.

I ordered duvet cover I paid for collections in store but when I received the fabrics it’s not like apiculture so I told them can I change with anthers they told me i can’t because I returned to by post and also I have to paid this is I never see like this for nothing if you paid £10 for post really the wrest shop is Hous of Fraser I never seen any shops poor customer service

Purchased a coat from here for £200 and after 2/3 wears it was gathering all sorts of fluff and threads and decided to take it back with the receipt as it was within date of refund/exchange. Upon taking it back and explaining the situation, the staff became very volatile and a manager was called who was also extremely rude. As a so-called ‘manager’, she did not handle the situation well and instead decided to cause a scene. I was not given a chance to voice my opinion. I saw the staff swearing at me behind my back and their attitude was appalling. I was absolutely furious. I was very dissatisfied with the service and after spending nearly £1000 in the last 6 months I have decided I will never be returning to this store (Birmingham City Centre) again. I do not recommend, there are better shops out there. Waste of time and energy.

Item turned up missing a belt which was part of the product and to return it I had to pay over £5 in postage. Wont be buying online again.

The absolutely worst service ever - what has this once brilliant company come to? A refund was rejected as was out of the returns window (due to Covid delays my end- it was back to 14 not 30 days suddenly and I couldn’t see this prominently on the website); and then another order was weeks late after paying for next day delivery. Gone downhill.

The product I brought was very good good service however I have since found out they are going back to selling real fur so I wont be buying from them again as I believe that only animals should wear fur

I placed an order for delivery to Spain and was later told that the parcel had been lost. I reordered the items and am now being told by the carrier that the parcel is damaged, what is going on ? I must admit, the after sales service was very good and I received a full refund for my first order. I am yet to be contacted by HOF regarding my second order, very disappointed.

Ever since asking why I should pay for the return of your faulty goods? You have Not even had the decency to reply. I’ll just call that guilty as accused. ie, You know it’s wrong but hey not my problem!
