I paid £4.99 for delivery and then I needed a exchange and I still needed to pay for post. Which it cost me £16.00. So expensive and ripped off. Basically I paid (lost) £21 just for delivery. So disappointed. Never shop to house of Fraser any more. No recommended at all

Absolutely awful. I have spent £100s with this company and the expensive jacket had no belt. Warehouse never replies to your customer service agents. You then send emails saying its resolved. Then have to pay for the return!! Terrible service for what i thought was a reputable company. And not your CS agents fault!!!

Ordered a couple of shirts, in stock order processed. No sign of them a couple of weeks later. No contact number, no online chat, enquired via website, no reply. Sent direct email, got a reply 'we are very buy at the moment.' Order finally processed with half of it cancelled, arriving 21 days after placement. Paid £4.95 for delivery, no refund or partial credit on this. Tempted to send item that did arrive back but life's too short. Have now unsubscribed from future sports direct, sorry, house of fraser emails.

You use the sh***y HERMES Services!!!! they are NEVER ON TIME !!! ALWAYS issues!!! AND YOU CHARGE double than ANY other postage service for (TRUE!) next day delivery ! I ordered next day delivery paid extra. It didn’t turn up this is the 3rd time you reported after I chased you twice that Hermes had lost the parcel. 4 emails later you say you have resent and reimbursed me for next day delivery of which I had to request. Overall Very Poor

I’m currently in dispute with House of Fraser and Hermes regarding my order. I received an email from Hermes on Saturday saying my parcel had been delivered. It hadn’t, i was at home and no attempt had been made. I raised a dispute, it required a lot of emailing back and forth. I received an email yesterday to say they would deliver my item, half of my order arrived in a very battered and heavily taped box. Luckily the items contained within were not damaged. I’m now engaged in additional emails to locate the second half of my order. It’s an effort, I wish I hadn’t ordered at all.

Last time I order with house of Fraser. Packed cheap. Delivered in a bad state, Just left outside the house in the rain. Bag is all squashed. I am paying 4.99 delivery for it to be treated like that? And you can’t even get a hold of anyone on customer service to ask questions or complain. Really bad service. Will never order again

Was sent a used and scratched Michael Kors handbag with dirty tissues and a lottery ticket inside. No protective cover in the handbag. Hardly the quality youd expect from HOF. It's been 3 weeks. No refund received. Appalling customer service, that's unresponsive and rude. State theyd booked a courier to pick up the defective item on a specific day weeks ago, I wasted an entire day waiting for a non existant courier to show up. Still waiting for a courier and a refund weeks later. I keep emailing the customer service email address to no avail. Even store staff told me they wouldnt ever use the online service... good to know.

Ordered some boots first pair had a marks on the boots we reordered when they arrived they were two different colours we reordered again and got two colour books again so gave up plus I had to pay for the returns which they said they would reimburse me haven’t heard anything yet

Paid £7.99 For next day delivery. Came 12 days later. Was never informed that there was a delay till I tweeted them. Still have a missing item and no one got back to me. Awful Awful Awful

I ordered bedding and it was not to colour and the quality was bad. It did not have a luxury feel and too make matters worse they do not make cash returns only via credit note!

Bought 4 cushions and a throw in the sale - said it was sent to courier and then suddenly couldn’t be delivered and was refunded. No idea why as address was correct and someone was in and no one ever came round or left a card!! Gutted as re-decorated living room Especially to match the set and there are no more left in the sale.

Awful customer service, I bought a second lancome product as they were advertising gift with purchase. Contacted customer services to say this and basically told me it wasn’t on anymore, over a week later they’re still advertising it. Told be to send the lancome products back at my own expense as well and to find a Hermes pick up location. Why are you still advertising a promotion that is clearly not on anymore?
