Order not received after a week. Tracking shows Hermes are still waiting to receive it. Rubbish service with no updates.

The order was mixed up - half was missing and the other had was mixed up sizes. Very disappointing - reached out to customer service but didn't receive a response and must pay for the return as well. Awful.

Didn’t come right size then wouldn’t refund in store had to post back witch cost me another £4 after I payed £5 delivery really annoyed with house of Fraser new policy

Ive been a loyal customer of House of Fraser for decades and spent thousands of pounds con your stores. I have bought Marella clothes on numerous occasions so having ordered a jacket for £210 I was expecting the usual quality of merchandise. The jacket was of the most abysmal quality I have ever experienced- to say it was totally substandard is putting it mildly!! Whoever reads this message should take a look for themselves! The result is that I will never again shop with your company.

I won’t ever buy an item from this store again. Not only do they charge delivery but they charge you to return items. You can’t take them back to the store for a refund only a credit note. And the staff are rude and unhelpful.

Wrong items were sent to me and I paid to bring them home. I have still not been refunded my £40 HOF used to be the BEST but now HOF is not operating to standard at all

Good brands, shipping options and you can find great deals. My biggest issue is that 4 times now the items have arrived with the securing tags still attached. I shop online so I don’t have to go to the mall. Three times now I’ve had to spend 1.5 hours round trip to get a tag removed at the store. This should simply not happen. The 4th item I threw in the trash bin as it was only £7 and not worth 1.5 hours round trip to have the tag removed.

Placed an order for 2 items over 2 weeks ago. Sent 2 emails chasing the order as there is no customer services number on the website. Then received an email to say its been part shipped. The item being part shipped wasn't the main part of the order I wanted. Still no confirmation to say its been received for me to collect from store and still no replies to any emails. Just awful service !!

Very disappointed with my dealings with house of Fraser next day delivery was over a week, not informed of this when delivery finally made one of my items out of stock which was not the case when ordering. Refunded delivery charge but very unhappy no customer care number no response to e-mails until copied concerns to Facebook page.

Poor. Asked for two pairs of reebok yourflex trainers and was sent only one. It was claimed that this was because of a lack of stock, which would have been fair enough, and yet at no stage was I asked whether continuing with just one pair was acceptable and the House of Fraser website continued to advertise the supposedly non existent trainers. The communications were exceptionally poor. I was sent a no reply email saying my order had been cancelled and another saying it was despatched on the same day. I had no idea what was going on. Very disappointing all round

Didn’t like gym bottoms as not at all flattering. Not impressed for having to pay for returns on items of clothes. Will not order again from House if Fraser unless it’s makeup.

Placed two separate orders . First one came incomplete and second one was lost apparently in depot and awaiting refund. Also had to keep contacting you to try and find out what was happening .

The horse riding boots were a christmas present and the box was broke, torn and tatty. They label on the boot was missing but the plastic label tie was left. So the tag had been taken off by previous person and no-one botheredto replace it. One boot showed signs of use. No invoice in the package and Hermes who delivered them, did not recognise house of Fraser company on their app to get the package returned. Contacted HOF via fb who were great to be honest thankyou Claire who organised a return pick up. However Hermes collected the parcel but didn't leave a return slip and now I have no proof the boots were collected to be returned and therefore I'm down £50. The whole purchase was dreadful and I will never use HOF again. My 6 year old now can't have horse riding boots as I've not got the refund and i can't afford to be out of money. Very upsetting. I posted on my Facebook to warn others. I used HOF as I thought they were reliable. TERRIBLE

I was very disappointed when I collected my order as I didn't receive my £10.00 voucher, because after completing my order online I received a email to say one item is now cancelled form my order I was qualified for the 10.00 before this item was cancelled off my order so it wasn't my fault why the order was under £100.00, this was not nice as I had to make up my order to £100.00 so I could be qualified for the voucher, I was not happy and very disappointed.

Very unhappy with the service, placed an item in the basket, checked out and paid for it with no indication that the item was actually out of stock. I then got an email a couple of days later telling me that the item was out of stock now despite me already paying for it and to be told I would get a refund! Very unhappy as this was a gift for someone and I wouldn’t have continued with the order and wasted my time if I knew it was out of stock. I thought this was outrageous and a clear lack of organisation on the company’s behalf as they are clearly not keeping up to date with their stock and their website which leaves customers disheartened and having money taken out of their account for items they will never even receive.
