I’m sorry to say but I used your company because I have shopped in your store for years and you have a very good reputation. Unfortunately I was very let down by your customer services and your very poor website. I have returned the products not because I was happy but because trying to get help seemed to be to much to ask. I have very easily found an alternative company that have valued my business and customer services have been obtainable and very helpful

I reported part of the coat I ordered was missing. I have called numerous times and after it ringing for a lengthy time I was cut off on every occasion, around 7 times. I have also emailed every day for 5 days and still not sorted. Still missing still no response but you have taken my £165, disgusting

I ordered an item and recevied a wrong item. It is a pain over the pandamic to return it and it is such a waste of time and energy and after days I havnt got my refund yet. I did not have a good experience with online shopping from House of Fraser. I wouldn’t like to repeat it.

When my delivery of glasses arrived it was quite obvious that they were broken, as I could hear the sound of broken glass in the package. How do you expect glassware to survive the rigours of the Hermes delivery service when they are just sent in a plastic bag with no padding and no ‘Fragile’ notices on the packaging. Someone needs to look at how delicate items are packaged and posted.

I ordered £125 pounds worth of goods that were left outside my door somebody has taken them no is bothering to get in contact with me customer service is very poor I want my money back pls contact me ASAP

House of Fraser delivered a size 34 instead of size 30 pair of trousers. The item did cost £17 with a £4.99 delivery charge. I ordered the correct size and even their receipt confirmed this. After returning the item, the emailed to say they did not have the correct item. They then refunded the £17 but not the delivery charge. They have since ignored all my emails. I have therefore wasted £4.99 for thinking that These people are reasonable. They are rather unbelievable. JUST don’t order anything online from these fraudsters.

Poor really. Ordered and after the immediate confirmation email I heard nothing, not a word. Eventually I chased and asked where my items were. Magically within 24 hours I revived an email from the courier and then a day later the delivery. What would have happened if I didn’t chase. Paying £6 for delivery when spending over £100 is bad enough but to then be ignored till I chase is an insult. The items are perfect and as described. The customer service, delivery and value for money of delivery a disgrace.

Top was dirty and had a big hole in the front. Clearly not checked before being sent out in a reused bag! Had to pay £3.70 to return it and didn’t get my postage refunded. Will never use this company again.

Damaged packaging. Not fit to give as gifts as was the intention. To return I am expected to fund the cost of postage.

I ordered an Armani coat, the one which arrived was a completely different design altogether. I'm disabled and cannot get to the post office to return it. Very upset and disappointed.

I usually find anything I purchase from House of Fraser to be good quality, however the Barbour jacket was of poor quality & lacking styling that I would normally expect from a jacket in this price range, paying postage both ways added another £8+. Refund was very prompt though.

Ordered 31st October and still waiting delivery, very poor when I have ordered else where for other items and arrived much quicker even thou postage was free. Had no corespondents whatsoever, won’t purchase here again order number HOF40000062944289

House of Fraser sent me a fragrance that was already opened and used by someone else. There were fingerprints, wear and tear and some of the fragrance missing. They had the cheek to wrap it up in flimsy plastic and tape and sell it as new. Still no explanation to date.

Ordered a Tommy Hilfiger dress 50% off still £82 plus pp. arrived quickly, but crumpled and scrunched up in a plastic bag saying size 10 as requested. Dress inside was a size 6. Had to email. No assurances that a size 10 was in stock. Just go out in lockdown and send it back. Refund of postage. Ideally it should have been tissue wrapped. It should have been sent out with arrangements to pick up the return as the fault lay with HoF not me the customer. I still don’t know if I’m getting my new dress.
