Order part cancelled, goods that were cancelled are still available! Unsatisfactory answers to question raised. I’ll not be shopping at HOF again.

Very disappointed service by such an established company. Ordered 3 different products 5 items in total. The wreath was cancelled as out of stock and still waiting a refund almost 14 days on. I have received 2 items worth £4.00 and the other 2 items I have had no reply to my email about. I won’t be ordering again

The items all turned up dirty. The labels had also been ripped on 2/3 of the products.

Ordered a Hugo Boss hoodie for my husband’s Xmas and it arrived with lots of holes in the sleeves. Badly damaged and I have to pay to return the item. Very disappointed.

Absolutely shocking customer service & communication. Ended up taking money out of my account causing me to go overdrawn as order wasnt confirmed do led me to believe it hadnt gone through properly so I know have to wait for them to refund me so it clears the overdraft it has caused. Not even a small amount.... £190!!!! Definitely won't be using them again..... SAVAGE!!

Most of my items turn up smashed or broken. Only have photos of two items, however our Christmas decorations were also smashed. And most disappointedly it cost postage to send back. Very disappointed

Terrible experience, the snowglobe item received was smashed and I ordered 2, three piece children’s outfits which only had one item of each in the delivery! One had the t-shirt and top missing and the other had the t-shirt and shorts missing! I emailed stating this but as yet have had no response!!

Hof said my order didn't exist. Although £124.99 had left my account. After many emails to you the matter is resolved . I have my jacket which was delivered to another address

My parcel arrived just in a plastic type bag with no protection for any of my items. Inside there was 2 ceramics Christmas decorations and the hangs of both have broken off. Both decorations were lose in the bag. Inside was another item in a box and the box was all torn and I am unable to give this as a Christmas present. There is no telephone number for me to call so I emailed a week ago asking for a full refund and still no reply. I will not be ordering anything of line and neither will any of my family. Very very poor service.

I ordered some glass coffee glasses, which arrived smashed. I’m not surprised as they were packaged in a plastic bag as opposed to a cardboard box. The packaging of some other items arrived in bad condition which is disappointing as they were suppose to be gifts. I have now emailed customer services 3 times and not had any response in almost a week.

Very disappointed with the quality of the curtains I ordered and then found out that I had to pay for a Courier to return them which was quite costly. Emailed twice but still have not received a reply

I had ordered two separate gift items for my wife and while I had paid for the delivery for a confirmed date, the order never came on time. After the delivery date I chased the HoF for the order update and they realised that the order was never placed but the payment had been confirmed already. Finally they said that one of the orders was not on stock and the other item was then delivered within 3 business days. HoF have been really unhelpful and not upto the expectation at all.

My sons t-shirt came it was all creased chucked in a bag , it also had a few marks on I did manage to clean them of - not what I expected if I had time to get a new one I would have sent it back . Would have sent a picture if I got this email earlier but to late

Extremely poor. The item arrived broken. I have contacted house of Fraser everyday since Wednesday and have yet to receive any response to resolve the situation. No contact telephone number so cannot even speak to anyone. Will not be ordering again.

Order number : HOF40000062822384 I ordered a size 30 and paid additional £4.99 delivery charge but received a size 34. Even the receipt that came with the trousers states size 30R. They then claimed they did not have size 30R so I returned it to them. (meanwhile they were still advertising size 30R on their website and you could still add it to your basket). I guess the sensible thing to do is refund the cost of the trousers and the £4.99 delivery charge. They have not done so. So I have to waste £4.99 for making the assumption that these people would tell me if they do not have the size I wanted and not send me the wrong size, hoping that miraculously, I will grow into their suggested size ( you couldn’t make this up) They have ignored all my emails. I know the owner has no morals but come on, there must be at least one person there who has some conscience and common sense. I am still waiting for them to refund the delivery charge. I intend to continue to leave a couple of reviews each week until they at least tell me why they think it is ok for me to pay for their inability to know the difference between 30 and 34. Watch the space.

I was disappointed with the packaging as I had bought beauty gifts for Xmas presents. They arrived without any protection and in a plastic covering. My beautiful gifts were squashed and the inside tissue wrap was torn. I don’t think they are presentable to give as gifts now.

Horrible package, I’m sure it’s the worst package in the UK. stock always not accurate, Sometimes order 5 items but only 1 in stock but still charge full delivery fee. Should have the option that if not all items order in stock, customer can have the right to cancel it and don’t send it out

I ordered 2 sweaters which arrived within a reasonable time. It cost 5£ for the delivery and I unfortunately they were too big. I tried to return them to the store however the store can’t provide a refund. I returned the items by post. It cost 8£. Total was £12 ! I would not recommend this to anyone!
