Terrible ( non existing customer service). Order placed confirmed by you - goods not received. Chased you 5 days after placing order as could see from tracking provided by you that my order is stuck in the same place and no moving. I have emailed you (as you do not talk to your customer anymore). Received email with confirmation that order is on its way to me. One hour later contacted your currier hermes-received confirmation that order is on the way to me. Four hours later HOF is cancelling my order ??? No refund received. What's going on HOF? For sure I won't be shopping with you again. Look at your reviews on Trust pilot and learn.

Horrendous. Paid premium delivery rate and didn’t come by specified time. Coat still had ink security tag on and had to send it back to get removed. Price tag in the coat was £54 cheaper than what I paid. Customer service horrendous. Never buying there again!!

Paid for fast delivery. Gave myself 11 days till the wife’s birthday. Emailed customer services with no reply. Parcel not arrived and it’s now my wife’s birthday. Will not use again

Ordered nearly £200 worth of goods including Biba Champaign glasses which were in pieces when delivered. 2 men’s jumpers which they sent the wrong size on one and the wrong item in the other Still waiting for someone to get back to me on to advise what’s happening which was 5 days ago and you now can not return to store and I don’t see why I should pay postage from broken and incorrect items. I normally order a lot of my Christmas presents from House Fraser. Never again.!

Terrible delivery service. I got confirmation emailed from courier Fastway, saying parcel was delivered On 11/11/20 but it must have went to the wrong address as I still haven’t got it - this is 3 days later. They never made any attempt to contact me if they were in trouble. I have emailed HOF and I am awaiting their reply.

It’s my first order as I normally buy all my Lacoste / Fred Perry from Woodhouse clothing , my order was a birthday present for today but unfortunately it came with dirty marks over it , I have sent an email including the photos of the marks , and a message on Facebook and still no joy , I have seen lovely clothes that I would order on your site but unfortunately I will never order again . I have ordered 3 things from you you 1 had the wrong label on it saying it was a xxl and it was a xl I have emailed customer services and no reply I have sent the item back at my experience and still have no reply from you lot the delivery time is a joke it takes about 2 week for me to get my item I will not be using your online business again if someone can give me a bell please on 07746341220 so I can tell you in detail thanks

Ordered 4 items for birthday presents. Paid for next day delivery, received 1 item the next day, 2 items the day after and still (9 days later) no sign of 4th at £96.00! No Customer Service number to call, fob off ‘standardised’ CS email replies, no CS online help (as advertised) nothing! Incredibly poor service from what is supposed to be a major UK respectable retailer (who we have spent alot of money with in the past - never again). They clearly are not bothered so please beware - so many incredibly poor reviews re. Online service - we wish we had seen them first. We are contacting House of Fraser HO (for all the good that it will do?) and then Trading Standards and the media if necessary. We have never experienced anything like this before with any online e-comms service. Appalling!

I love shopping in HOF but until I had to return some thing I got on line. I was really upset to find out that I had to pay for my return... spending around £300 wanted to return a few items. I had to leave my house had to drive to my post office pay for parking , queue up at a post office and pay £9.99 to send it back this is terrible and very offputting from buying again online from your company. It’s on fair that I don’t have a choice to go to the branch and return it in person to get a full refund and not a credit note. Very disappointing that such a big company is not yet up-to-date with collect plus or any other prepaid company to return goods safely.... I wouldn’t mind if I had a different choice but I didn’t if I wanted a full refund. I will not be buying again online from HOF . Hopefully your company gets with the times as it looks like on line is going to be more popular than physically going Into a shop if your postage situation changes then I will definitely come back if not unfortunately I will not be buying from your company.

Terrible. I ordered 10 days ago, my items still haven’t arrived. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service but just get an automated reply every time saying the items have been dispatched. I paid £8 for delivery so I’d expect items to arrive quickly (up to three days was the suggested time frame) The first correspondence I’ve had is requesting this review!

OMG orders two barbour hoodie, size 14 not joking would have fitted size 22, not sure if there seconds or fake , sent 4 emails to them , haven't received a reply . A soon as I receive my refund I will be closing my account rip off merchants , trading standards need to look at this company

Very disappointed with how luxury Xmas crackers arrived, looks like they have been sat on, didn't even get a reply from HF, terrible service from when in the past have been very happy with them.

The item was a Xmas present for my mum ...when it arrived it looked as if it had just been thrown in the plastic bag ...not even folded ...totally crushed and awful looking...its going to need an iron before I can give it as a gift ...as it came from House of Fraser one of the country's biggest department shops ...with a good reputation ...I was absolutely shocked and disgusted ...wont be shopping with you again

Very bad experience online. Normally I shop in store. So only got half my order. Spend over £100 and still didn't get free delivery as promised. No return slip or despatch note. Have contacted them asking missing items and return procedure but no one has bothered replying!

Terrible. Pay a lot for delivery. And pay a lot to return. Tiny return window of 14 days. Not on a par with other retailers selling the same brands. Used to be a prestige retailer, now a joke.

I ordered a vase from you. When it arrived it was smashed into 4/5 bits. I have contacted the customer service team to ask for a refund but I have yet to receive a reply. I am very disappointed by this. The packaging was rubbish, the bubble wrap was wrapped around the box not the vase so the vase had no protection.
