Very bad experience online. Normally I shop in store. So only got half my order. Spend over £100 and still didn't get free delivery as promised. No return slip or despatch note. Have contacted them asking missing items and return procedure but no one has bothered replying!

Terrible. Pay a lot for delivery. And pay a lot to return. Tiny return window of 14 days. Not on a par with other retailers selling the same brands. Used to be a prestige retailer, now a joke.

My parcel has status "ordered" but i still don't have it and still waiting for your answer for my message. I want my parcel or money for that.

I ordered a vase from you. When it arrived it was smashed into 4/5 bits. I have contacted the customer service team to ask for a refund but I have yet to receive a reply. I am very disappointed by this. The packaging was rubbish, the bubble wrap was wrapped around the box not the vase so the vase had no protection.

Placed an order Friday 6th November choose next day delivery paid £7.99 postage no delivery has arrived and it's the 12th November emailed customer service no response. I'm absolutely disgusted with House of Fraser my order was over £40 you are ripping people off. Shame as it was my first order with you won't be ordering again!!!

To be honest I am disgusted with the returns process and will never order online from you again - It has cost me £17 + to return two coats! I am a very unhappy customer.

The item I spent £125 had two holes in. I returned it as faulty goods. HoF provided a refund for the garment but not the £4.99 p&p delivery and the £4.10 return p&p. According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, introduced in 2014, customers who return items should get a refund for the price of the goods and the standard postage costs they paid for home delivery. HoF also offer refund p&p in their own policy if you provide proof of postage, but there’s no process in place for them to do this, as I’ve found out. In short, don’t buy from here if you’re not going to keep the item and you expect your purchases to be in perfect condition !

Ordered £150 coat and paid £9 next day delivery as I needed it for the weekend, received the order on time and the coat still had the security tag on. I then had to pay another £9 to send it back. I contacted HOF 4 days ago regarding this and have not had any response. They refunded me for the coat minus the postage fees and not even an apology. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered the Tad Baker travel organiser as a Christmas present for a friend. And it arrived with no packaging or pen which was meant to be included! Very unsatisfied.

The packaging was broken and the plastic shell of the Kiehl's mask was shattered. As the content looks find, I didn't return the product, but I was really disappointed.

Placed order on Monday 9th November for NEXT DAY delivery which cost me £7.99 date today Thursday 12th November.... still have not received my items. You can't get in touch with them either emailed them few times but was unsuccessful. Should be ashamed ripping people off!! I will be taking things further.

My item had been opened, replaced into a ripped box, not folded properly nor sealed although the external packaging was sealed. No response To date except to say I can pay to return the item. Not what I would expect or have experienced in the past from House of Fraser.

It was very difficult to buy a complete set of linea hotel bedding , the store in Norwich never had a complete set , i asked if they could order it in they replied NO , I asked if they could order it on line as they used to the answer was NO . I then looked on line and the range is the same they have not got a complete set of anything , so i had to buy some from the Norwich store some from HOF web site and matched up the fitted sheets with Dunelm . what a joke .

Unable to comment as have not received order and I needed by Wednesday so it will be getting returned. You use Hermes As your couriers and despite a number of phone calls they still haven’t delivered. I have tried to contact yourselves but unable to get any assistance. I spent over £300 and it will be coming back to you when it arrives as it’s too late now for when I needed it for,

Have been asked to write a review about a click and collect order which I placed 10 days ago which I haven’t received. I have sent a number of emails requesting an update but haven’t received any reply. Very disappointing and frustrated. No customer service number have to see web chat available
