I ordered 2 tins of luxury cookies in the first week of November. Almost £10 each. Both were received with a best before date of 20.10.20. I have emailed customer service and sent photos but I have not received any reply. Furthermore, a bracelet in this same order has not been received to my address. Despite it being marked as delivered. Again I am yet to have any acknowledgement from customer service regarding this issue.

Bought a pair of No Fear Hi Top trainers for my daughter. Nice boots, great value, and delivered quicker than expected. Happy with the product, service and delivery.

Excellent service from House of Fraser my boots arrived promptly they were lovely boots,it was a shame that I had to send them back as the size fitting was too small,unfortunatly they did not have a bigger size so I recieved a refund which was a shame as I have not been able to find anymore like them.Will definatley use them again

Website was easy to navigate and delivery was quick but didn’t expect to purchase a pair of jeans with a huge hole in them! Then have to pay to return them!

Very disappointed that the AUTUMN20 code does not automatically apply to a purchase. I have made three recent orders (each costing £4.99 postage.....more than any other company I have purchased items from!) I forgot to manually add the 20% off code on the last purchase. I immediately sent a message to customer services asking if they could apply it for me and they have not had the decency to acknowledge my message. I will not be buying from you in the future.

Online service is great. Luke in customer service is great. Staff in their Cardiff store however, are the worst sales assistants I’ve ever come across. I think they actively look for and hire people with bad attitudes. I still try to buy in store because I love the building and it’s history and try to support it so it doesn’t close. I wouldn’t feel sorry for the staff it it did close though. I’ve spend literally thousands there over the past few years. In-store staff need customer service training.

I have placed two orders with HoF and both charged me 4.99 delivery which surely spending over a certain amount delivery would be waived. When first delivery arrived the gift boxes were damaged which looked like damaged stock and these are for gifts so not ideal. Second delivery arrived of £165 trainers and packaging again was damaged and packaging covered in mud.

Ordered an expensive UGG baby gift. When it arrived it was very poorly packaged, the Ugg box was battered and bruised and obviously had been opened. I reported to customer services along with photos and heard absolutely nothing back. I cancelled snd returned the item as faulty, had to pay the return postage which I am most unhappy about. I’ve contacted customer services once more about this because, although I’ve been informed that I am to receive a refund of the item price, the cost of return postage has not been refunded. HOF return policy states that I should not have to pay to return a faulty item. I await a reply....and a refund.

It’s a lovely jacket but it’s too small so will need to be returned. It’s also tricky trying to return with Hermes.

Your driver left my parcel in a bin on a busy street and it got robbed. Sill Iv had no reply from your customer service. Never again.

Still waiting to to receive my order after 13 days. Despite contacting ‘customers services’ twice by email, I get an automated response saying my product dispatched - that was 9 days ago. Clearly something has gone wrong and HoF can’t be bothered to do anything about it. This is the last time I will ever order from this company - with the retail market in such disarray you would think retailers would care more - clearly not.

Service received here is shocking for a store like House of Fraser. Ordered gifts for Christmas which have all arrived damaged and no promotional gifts as advertised. I emailed numerous times with no response. Would definitely not recommend to order online with them again.
