Not very happy. Placed the order paid the balance then when items were delivered they clearly stated they were cheaper but I was still charged full price. Trying to get in touch with house if fraser custom care is a joke

Bought a girls coat, boys coat arrived. I sent them an email stating this and still awaiting a reply from customer services a week later.

Terrible company. Cancelled order, no communication. Processed order, asked them not to send. No communication. Sent parcel, asked them to pay for return. No communication. I’m out two lots of delivery for an item I didn’t want.

I ordered wine glasses that were delivered broken. Good service initially to arrange to send a replacement. I was sent an email to say replacement had been despatched. It didn’t arrive so I checked order status on line and noticed it had been returned to sender. I emailed to query this then got a reply headed refund given but with no explanation or apology. I ordered 2x4 (8) glasses and as one box was ok I have been refunded for one box and I have 4 glasses, a bit frustrating when I’ve got to order another 8 from somewhere else as 4 is not enough that I have still had to pay for.

I ordered on line. The service was 100%. The items when arrived were packaged lovely and the quality of the item's are beautiful. Very speedy delivery!

Great products and excellent value. Disappointed because the Clarins items said that there would be free gift with the products. Also, still waiting for a click and collect replacement voucher as the last one I had didn’t work at the checkout. Also, never received a voucher for last 2 purchases.

To be fair the stars do not reflect the prompt distribution of my order but they use Hermes to deliver which are disappointing. As to date I have still not received my order and struggling to find where it's gone.

Not happy with the customer service, I've ordered items and one was buy one get one free, when I received the order only one of the items was there, emailed customer service but now being fobbed off

Very disappointed with the packaging - what I purchased for 3 Christmas presents, can only use one because the packaging was badly torn and couldn’t possibly be given as presents!

Order was part cancelled and so offers and discounts associated with the items were denied - again. Happens every time I shop with House of Fraser. No apology and no reply to my emails.

The only problem I had was not being able to speak to anyone recmy return/exchange I felt I was having to take a chance my item could be exhaled first mot a different size?
